ارائه الگوی اکتساب درونزای فناوری در صنعت هسته‌ای: مطالعه‌ای پدیدار شناسانه

صنعت هسته‌ای از مهم‌ترین صنایع هر کشور است. پیشرفت آن، پیشرفت صنایع دیگر را به همراه دارد. اکتساب برون‌مدار فناوری هسته‌ای به‌دلیل تحریم‌های کشورهای دارنده، همواره با چالش روبه‌رو بوده است. لذا هدف از این تحقیق دست‌یابی به الگویی از اکتساب درون‌زای فناوری در صنعت هسته‌ای کشور می‌باشد. این مطالعه با رویکرد کیفی و به روش پدیدارشناسی انجام گردید. جامعه مورد مطالعه، افراد خبره و صاحب‌نظر در یکی از صنایع تابعه سازمان انرژی اتمی بوده و با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند. در جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از روش مصاحبه‌ی نیمه‌ساختاریافته و عمیق استفاده شده‌است. روش تحلیل داده‌ها، تحلیل محتوای استقرایی و با کمک نرم‌افزار atlas.ti انجام گردید. برای حصول اطمینان از روایی داده‌های پژوهش، از دو روش بازبینی توسط مشارکت‌کنندگان در پژوهش و بازبینی توسط همکاران استفاده شد. یافته‌ها نشان داد که الگوی اکتساب درون‌زای فناوری در صنعت هسته‌ای را می‌توان در 6 مقوله اصلی تعریف کرد: مدیریت آینده‌نگاری راهبردی هسته‌ای، ساختار منعطف و سازمان‌دهی تیم‌های خلاق، ترویج فرهنگ مدیریت جهادی، فضای برانگیزاننده نیروی متخصص، پیوند عمیق دانشگاه و صنعت، همچنین بین‌المللی‌سازی صنعت بومی هسته‌ای.

Presenting a Pattern of Technology Endogenous Acquisition in the Nuclear Industry: Phenomenological Study

The nuclear industry is one of the most important industries in any country, and the development of this industry will lead to the development of other industries. The external acquisition of nuclear technology has always been challenged by sanctions on host countries. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to achieve the pattern of endogenous technology acquisition in the country’s nuclear industry. This study has been done qualitatively and with a phenomenological strategy. To collect data from semistructured interview method and indepth analysis of them by inductive content analysis did with ATLAS.ti software. The study population was selected experts in one of the industries affiliated to the aeoi. To ensure the validity of the research data, two methods of review by research participants and review by colleagues were used. The findings showed that the pattern of endogenous technology acquisition in the nuclear industry can be defined in 6 main categories, which are: nuclear strategic foresight management, Flexible structure and organization of creative teams, Promoting the culture of jihadi management, the motivating atmosphere of the expert force, Deep connection between university and industry, Also the internationalization of the nuclear indigenous industry.
