تحلیل تاریخی شکل‌گیری و تکامل جامعه مدیریت فناوری و نوآوری در ایران

جامعه مدیریت فناوری ایران، اجتماعی نوپاست که رفته رفته سکان مدیریت خود را به دست نسل دوم دانش آموختگان این حوزه می سپارد. نسل سوم این دانش آموختگان نیز هم اکنون به سرعت در حال طی پلکان ترقی در حوزه های مدیریت فناوری کشور هستند. اگرچه توجه به علم و دانش در این کشور قدمتی به اندازه تاریخ این سرزمین دارد ولیکن آموزش رسمی و گسترده حوزه دانشی مدیریت علم و فناوری و حرکت جدی در شکل گیری این جامعه علمی از سال های آغازین دهه 1380 شمسی شروع شده است. در این مقاله با مروری تاریخی بر جریان شکل گیری جامعه مدیریت فناوری تلاش شده تا با بررسی عملکرد پیشگامان این حوزه نظری در ایران، مهمترین اقدامات تاثیرگذار بر تولد این اجتماع علمی بررسی شود. فرصت ها و چالش های پیش روی اجتماع علمی مدیریت فناوری و نوآوری کشور و ترسیم راه پیش روی این جامعه جوان، متخصص و آتیه ساز کشور از مهم‌ترین یافته‌های این مقاله است. این مقاله دلالت‌هایی در راستای آشناسازی متخصصین جوان این حوزه دانشی با ریشه ها و جریان های اصیل شکل دهنده اجتماع متخصصین حوزه مدیریت فناوری و فناوری ایران داشته تا زمینه همگرائی و انسجام فکری بیشتر بین سه نسل از پیشگامان، توسعه دهندگان و بالاخره آتیه سازان این حوزه تخصصی را در کشورمان فراهم نماید.

A Historical Review of Formation and Evolution of Technology and Innovation Management Community in Iran

The Iranian Technology Management community is a young society that is gradually handing over the management to the second generation of graduates in this field. The third generation of these graduates are now rapidly advancing in the fields of technology management in the country. Although the attention to science and knowledge in this country is as old as the history of this land, but the formal and extensive education in the field of management of science and technology and a serious movement in the formation of this scientific community has begun in the early 2000s. In this article, with a historical review of the formation of the technology management community, an attempt to examine the performance of the pioneers of this field, to examine the most important measures affecting the birth of this scientific community. Opportunities and challenges facing the scientific community of technology management and innovation of the country and mapping the way forward of this young, professional and promising community is one of the most important findings of this article. This paper provides implications for acquainting young professionals in this field of knowledge with the roots and genuine currents that shape the community of experts in the field of technology management in Iran. I hope this paper would be an effort to improve convergence and intellectual cohesion between three generations of pioneers, developer and future makers of this field in our country.
