تحلیل عوامل موثر بر همکاری فناورانه شرکت‌های بزرگ و شرکت‌‌های فناور در حوزه‌های فناوری زیستی و نانو

پژوهش حاضر به‌دنبال شناسایی عوامل موثر بر همکاری فناورانه بین شرکت‌های بزرگ و شرکت‌های فناور1 میباشد. در این راستا با استفاده از روش مطالعه چندموردی، 9 همکاری در بازه زمانی 1385 تا 1395 بین 3 شرکت‌ بزرگ و 9 شرکت فناور در حوزه فناوری نانو و زیست فناوری در ایران مورد بررسی قرار گرفته و گردآوری داده‌ها‌ از پاییز 1395 تا بهار 1396 با 19 مصاحبه‌ نیمه‌ساختار یافته با افراد کلیدی شرکت‌های بزرگ و فناور درگیر در تجربه‌های همکاری انجام شده است. برای تحلیل داده‌ها از تحلیل محتوا به روش کدگذاری‌ محوری استفاده شده است. بر اساس نتایج، عوامل موثر بر همکاری‌ها به‌تفکیک چالش‌ها و پیشران‌‌های خاص برای شرکت‌های بزرگ و شرکت‌های فناور و نیز حوزه فناوری بیان شده‌اند. از جمله عوامل چالشی‌ در همکاری‌ها می‌توان به رویه‌های پیچیده اداری شرکت‌های بزرگ و عدم آشنایی شرکت‌های فناور با قواعد کسب و کار اشاره کرد. تسلط شرکت‌های فناور بر دانش فنی و دسترسی شرکت‌های بزرگ به بازار نیز از پیشران‌های اصلی همکاری‌ها بوده‌اند. این عوامل می‌تواند به سیاست‌گذاران و شرکت‌های بزرگ و شرکت‌های فناور در مرتفع کردن چالش‌ها و تقویت پیشران‌های همکاری کمک شایانی نماید.

Analysis of Influential Factors in Technological Collaboration Between Large and Small Technology-Driven Firms in Bio and Nano Technology

The present study aims to identify the factors affecting technological collaboration between large and technologybased firms (KBFs). In this regard, using multicase study method, 9 collaborations cases in the period 2006 to 2016 between 3 large firms and 9 KBFs in the field of nanotechnology and biotechnology in Iran have been studied. Data gathering tool is 19 semistructured interviews with key people of large and KBFs involved in collaborative experiences and has been done from autumn to spring 2016. the method of data analysis is through content analysis and axial codin. Based on the results, the factors affecting the collaborations are presented separately for specific challenges and drivers for large and KBFs, as well as in the field of technology. Based on the results, the factors affecting collaborations are divided into two types of specific challenges and drivers. Challenging factors include the complex procedures of large firms and the unfamiliarity of KBFs with business rules. The dominance of KBFs over technical knowledge and the access of large firms to the market have also been the main drivers of collaborations. These factors can help policymakers, large firms and KBFs to overcome challenges and strengthen the collaboration drivers.
