بررسی تکوین گامتوفیت ماده و اثر تنش کلرور سدیم در تکوین اجزاء گل در گیاه پونه معطر (.mentha pulegium l)

پونه معطرگیاهی علفی گیاهی پایا و علفی ، که استوانه ای شکل است.پونه معطر از تیره نعناعیان است که به عنوان گیاهی دارویی ،ادویه ای استفاده می شود.درایران این گیاه بومی شمال کشور است. در این تحقیق ،پس از تیماردهی نمونه ها با غلظت های 20،50،65،80،95 میلی مولار nacl، غنچه ها وگل های جوان در مراحل مختلف نمو برداشت ،تثبیت نمونه ها در فیکساتورf.aa ،آماده سازی های لازم ،مشاهده برشها پس از رنگ آمیزی با فتومیکروسکوپ انجام شد.نتایج نشان داد تخمدان از تقسیمات سلولهای بخش میانی و عمقی مریستم هاگزا ایجاد می شود.در پونه تکوین تخمدان در مقایسه با پرچم با تاخیر اتفاق می افتد. تخمک ها واژگون هستند. بررسی تشریحی مریستم زایشی در گیاه پونه معطر ،تسریع در رشد پریموردیوم پرچمی نسبت به پریموردیوم برچه ای در تیمار20 میلی مولار ،در تیمار50 میلی مولار رشد همزمان پریموردیوم برچه ای و پرچمی ودر تیمارهای65 ،80 و95 میلی مولار به ترتیب تاخیر افتادن در ایجاد پریموردیوم گلبرگی و پریموردیوم برچه ای را نشان دادند.

Study on the flora, life forms and chorology of the south eastern of Namin forests (AsiGheran, Fandoghloo, Hasani and Bobini), Ardabil province

Mentha Pulegium L. is a permanent and grassy plant which it has almost cylindrical shaped. Mentha Pulegium L. is from mint family and it uses as a condiment and medicinal herb . In Iran aboriginality this plant is belongs to the North of the country. In this study, samples were treated with concentrations 20, 50,65,80,95 mM of NaCl, young buds and flowers at different stages of development were removed, fixed in FAA, embedded in paraffin and sliced at 710 µm. Staining was carried out with Hematoxylin –Eosin . The best slices were studied by light microscope after staining.The results showed that ovary is created from division’s cells from middle and deep part of sporangiare meristem.In Mentha pulegium L. development of the ovary is postponed in comparison with stamen. Ovules are anatropous .Megaspore mother cell produces embryonic sac on the mature ovule by its division. Investigate the anatomical generative meristem in Mentha pulegium L., was accelerated growth of stamen primordia to carpel primordium , in the treatment of 20 mM, and 50 mM , the carpel and stamen primordia had simultaneous growth and 65, 80 and 95 mM respectively delayed initiation of petal and carpel primordia.
