مطالعه ریخت‌شناسی، گرده‌شناسی و تشریح جنس geranium l. در ایران

سرده شمعدانی (geranium l.) با حدود 423 گونه از سرده‌های مهم تیره geraniaceae در جهان محسوب می‎‌شود. در این مطالعه 68 جمعیت از 10 گونه از سرده geranium در ایران از نظر ریخت شناسی، گرده شناسی و تشریحی مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتند. داده‌های حاصل از مطالعه‌ی ریخت شناسی و گرده شناسی توسط نرم افزار mvsp 3.1 مورد آنالیز قرار گرفتند. به منظور مطالعه ریخت شناسی در مجموع 58 ویژگی کمی و کیفی در جمعیت‌های مختلف هر گونه مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. دانه گرده از هر گونه توسط میکروسکوپ نوری بررسی شدند. برای مطالعه تشریحی، 8 ویژگی در دمگل آذین گونه‌های مختلف سرده geranium بررسی شد. گونه‌های مورد مطالعه بر اساس آنالیز داده‌های ریخت شناسی در هفت گروه و بر اساس آنالیز داده‌های گرده‌شناسی در سه گروه قرار گرفتند. نتایج حاصل از سه نوع داده ریخت‌شناسی، گرده‌شناسی و تشریحی نشان داد در گونه‌های مختلف سرده geranium ارزش داده‌ها در تفکیک گونه‌ها متفاوت است، به طوریکه در تفکیک برخی گونه‌ها داده‌های ریخت شناسی و در برخی دیگر داده‌های گرده شناسی یا تشریحی موثر بودند.

morphological, palynological and anatomical study of geranium l. genus (geraniaceae) in iran

geranium l., with about 423 species, is one of the most important genera of the geraniaceae. in this study, about 67 populations of 10 species of geranium in iran were studied in terms of morphology, palynology and anatomy. data from morphological and pollen studies were analyzed by mvsp 3.1 software. for morphological studies, a total of 58 quantitative and qualitative characteristics were studied in different populations of each species. pollen samples from each species were examined by light microscopy. for anatomical study, 8 traits were studied in pedicel of different species of geranium. the studied species were divided into seven groups based on morphological data analysis and three groups based on palynological data analysis. the results of the three types of morphological, palynological and anatomical data showed that in studied species of geranium, the value of data was different in separating the species. in some species the morphological data and in some others, pollen or anatomical data were effective.
