بررسی فنتیکی گونه های ایرانی جنس delphinium و aconitum براساس صفات مورفولوژیکی

در راستای شناسایی جنس های تیره ranunculaceae اطلاعات ریخت شناسی گونه های تباره delphinieae (delphinium، aconitum و 2 گونه consolida) مورد بررسی قرار گرفت تا گروه بندی تاکسونومیک این تباره در ایران مشخص شود. delphinieae شامل علفی های چندساله و یکساله هستند که در بسیاری از صفات آناتومی و ریختی مشترک می باشند. گونه ها با چهل و نه صفت کیفی و کمی مورد سنجش قرار گرفتند. آنالیز آماری با استفاده از نرم افزار spss و تجزیه خوشه ای به روش average linkage انجام شد. همچنین آنالیز pca انجام گرفت و متغیرترین صفات مشخص شدند. تجزیه خوشه ای دو گروه کلی را مشخص کرد. گروه اول شامل گونه های جنس aconitum است و گروه اصلی دوم شامل جنس های delphinium و consolida (دو گونه از consolida مورد بررسی قرار گرفت) می باشد. تجزیه به عوامل نشان داد که متغیر ترین صفات شامل صفاتی چون وضعیت ریشه ، ریخت جام گل، شیار ساقه، رنگ ساقه، شکل براکته و رنگ بساک می باشد . براساس فنوگرام بدست آمده نتایج حاصل از مطالعات آرایه‌شناسی (تاکسونومی) عددی طبقه‌بندی کلاسیک موجود در اکثر فلور ها را مورد تایید قرار می‌دهد. همچنین یافته های این مطالعه نشان می دهد که d. elbursense var. gymnobotrys می تواند سطح تاکسونومی بالاتر از گونه داشته باشد.

phenetic study on iranian delphinium and aconitum species (ranunculaceae) based on morphological characters

in order to identification of ranunculaceae, morphological information of delphinieae (delphinium, aconitum and 2 species of consolida) was investigated to clarify taxonomic grouping this tribe. delphinieae contains annual and perennial herb that similar in many anatomical and morphological traits. it was performed morphological studies on 49 quality and quantity characteristics. statistical analysis was conducted by spss software and cluster analysis was performed by average linkage method. pca analysis was performed and the most variable character were identified. the first group includes aconitum species and the second main group includes delphinium and consolida taxa (two species of consolida were studied). principle component analysis showed that most variable character include: root form, tepal form, stem striate, stem color, bract form and anther color. based on the phonogram obtained, the results of numerical taxonomy studies confirm the classical classification available in most flora. the findings of this study confirm that d. elbursense var. gymnobotrys could be have higher taxonomic level.
