مطالعه تاکسونومیکی هفت گونه از جنس verbascum l (scrophulariaceae) بر اساس داده های مولکولی و ریخت‌شناسی در ایران

به‌منظور ارزیابی سیستماتیکی بر‌پایه داده‌های ریخت‌شناسی کمی و کیفی، 15 جمعیت از هفت گونه‌ی جنس (scrophulariaceae)verbascum l در ایران، انتخاب و بازسازی روابط خویشاوندی بر اساس داده‌های مولکولی (nrdna its) انجام شد. نتایج ریخت‌شناسی، پلی‌مورفیسم بالایی را درون و بین جمعیت‌های هر گونه و بین گونه‌های این جنس نشان داد. داده‌های مولکولی نیز تنها توانست جدایی گونه‌های با پراکنش محدود را مشخص کند. حضور جمعیت های مختلف v. pseudodigitalis با دامنه پراکنش وسیع (استان کرمانشاه تا استان فارس) در قسمت های مختلف درخت فیلوژنی و ما بین سایر گونه‌های جنس نشان‌دهنده تغییر پذیری صفات و سازگاری گیاه با شرایط اکولوژیکی مختلف است. لازم به ذکر است که طبقه‌بندی‌هایی که تا‌کنون ارائه شده است، قادر به جداسازی گونه‌‌های این جنس از یکدیگر نبوده است، که علت این پدیده را می‌توان در فراوانی آنیوپلوئیدی، پلی‌پلوئیدی، درصد بالای پلی‌‌مورفیسم و دو‌رگ‌گیری گونه‌های جنس مورد مطالعه دانست.

taxonomic study of seven species of verbascum l. (scrophulariaceae) based on molecular and morphological data in iran

abstract:in order to evaluate the taxonomy of seven species of the genus verbascum l. (scrophulariaceae) morphological data (quantitative and qualitative) of 15 populations from iran, were selected to reconstruct their relationships based on molecular data (nrdna its). the morphological results showed high polymorphism intra and inter the populations of species and inter species and molecular data could only show the separation of species with limited distribution. the presence of different populations of v. pseudodigitalis with wide distribution range (kermanshah provinceto fars province) in different parts of the phylogenetic tree and inter other species of the genus indicated the variety of characters and adaptation of the plant in different ecological conditions the presented data was not able to separate the species of this genus without overlapping, which might be due to an aneuploidy, polyploidy, high percentage of polymorphism and hybridization of species.keywords: polymorphism, hybridization, morphology, verbascum l., nrdna its.
