چکیده    ﺑﺎ ﺷﻴﻮع ﻣﻘﺎوﻣﺖﻫﺎی آﻧﺘﻲ ﺑﻴﻮﺗﻴﻜﻲ و اﻓﺰاﻳﺶ ﺗﻮﻟﻴﺪ رادﻳﻜﺎلﻫﺎی آزاد و ﺑﻴﻤﺎریﻫﺎی ﻧﺎﺷﻲ از آﻧﻬﺎ، ﻛﺸﻒ ﺗﺮﻛﻴﺒﺎت ﺿﺪ ﻣﻴﻜﺮوﺑﻲ و آﻧﺘﻲ اﻛﺴﻴﺪاﻧﻲ ﺟﺪﻳﺪ ﺿﺮوری اﺳﺖ. ﻫﺪف اﻳﻦ ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ، ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ ﺧﻮاص ﺿﺪﺑﺎﻛﺘﺮﻳﺎﻳﻲ ﻋﺼﺎره ﺑﺮگ و ﻣﻴﻮه ﮔﻴﺎه ﺗﻮت ﻃﻼﻳﻲ ﺑﺮ روی ﺑﺎﻛﺘﺮی ﻫﺎی ﺑﻴﻤﺎری زای ﮔﻴﺎﻫﻲ و ﺟﺎﻧﻮری و ﻫﻤﭽﻨﻴﻦ ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ ﺧﻮاص آﻧﺘﻲ اﻛﺴﻴﺪاﻧﻲ و ﺗﻌﻴﻴﻦ ﻣﻴﺰان ﺗﺮﻛﻴﺒﺎت ﻓﻨﻠﻲ و ﻓﻼوﻧﻮﺋﻴﺪی اﻳﻦ ﮔﻴﺎه داروﻳﻲ ﻣﻲ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ. ﻓﻌﺎﻟﻴﺖ آﻧﺘﻲ اﻛﺴﻴﺪاﻧﻲ ﺗﻮت ﻃﻼﻳﻲ ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از آزﻣﻮن ﺑﻪ دام اﻧﺪازی رادﻳﻜﺎل آزاد دی ﻓﻨﻴﻞ ﭘﻴﻜﺮﻳﻞ ﻫﻴﺪرازﻳﻞ و اﺛﺮات ﺿﺪﺑﺎﻛﺘﺮﻳﺎﻳﻲ آن ﺑﺮ ﺳﻪ ﺑﺎﻛﺘﺮی ﺟﺎﻧﻮری اﺳﺘﺎﻓﻴﻠﻮﻛﻮﻛﻮس اورﺋﻮس، اﺷﺮﺷﻴﺎ ﻛﻠﻲ، اﻧﺘﺮوﻛﻮﻛﻮس ﻓﻜﺎﻟﻴﺲ( و دو ﺑﺎﻛﺘﺮی ﮔﻴﺎﻫﻲ ) اروﻳﻨﻴﺎ آﻣﻴﻠﻮورا و زاﻧﺘﺎﻣﻮﻧﺎس ﺳﻴﺘﺮی( ﺑﻪ روش اﻧﺘﺸﺎر دﻳﺴﻚ ﻣﻮرد ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ ﻗﺮارﮔﺮﻓﺖ. ﺣﺪاﻗﻞ ﻏﻠﻈﺖ ﻣﻬﺎرﻛﻨﻨﺪﮔﻲ و ﻛﺸﻨﺪﮔﻲ ﺑﺮای ﻫﺮﻛﺪام از ﻋﺼﺎره ﻫﺎ ﺑﻪ روش رﻗﺖ ﺳﺎزی در ﻟﻮﻟﻪ ﺗﻌﻴﻴﻦ ﺷﺪ. ﺗﺮﻛﻴﺒﺎت ﻓﻨﻠﻲ ﻣﻴﻮه و ﺑﺮگ ﻧﻴﺰ ﺗﻮﺳﻂ ﻣﻌﺮف ﻓﻮﻟﻴﻦ ﺳﻴﻮﻛﺎﻟﺘﻴﻮ و ﺗﺮﻛﻴﺒﺎت ﻓﻼوﻧﻮﺋﻴﺪی ﺑﻪ روش رﻧﮓ ﺳﻨﺠﻲ آﻟﻮﻣﻴﻨﻴﻮم ﻛﻠﺮاﻳﺪ اﻧﺪازه ﮔﻴﺮی ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. ﺑﺮاﺳﺎس ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ ﺑﻪ دﺳﺖ آﻣﺪه اﺛﺮات ﺿﺪﺑﺎﻛﺘﺮﻳﺎﻳﻲ ﻣﻴﻮه ﺑﻴﺶ ﺗﺮ از ﺑﺮگ ﺑﻮد. اﺛﺮ ﺿﺪ ﺑﺎﻛﺘﺮﻳﺎﺋﻲ ﺗﺮﻛﻴﺐ ﻋﺼﺎره ﻣﻴﻮه و ﺑﺮگ ﺑﺎ ﻣﻴﺎﻧﮕﻴﻦ اﺛﺮات ﺿﺪ ﺑﺎﻛﺘﺮﻳﺎﺋﻲ ﻋﺼﺎره ﺑﺮگ و ﻋﺼﺎره ﻣﻴﻮه ﺑﻪ ﺗﻨﻬﺎﻳﻲ اﺧﺘﻼف ﻣﻌﻨﻲ داری ﻧﺪاﺷﺖ. ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﻛﻪ ﺧﻮاص آﻧﺘﻲ اﻛﺴﻴﺪاﻧﻲ، ﺗﺮﻛﻴﺒﺎت ﻓﻨﻠﻲ و ﻓﻼوﻧﻮﺋﻴﺪی ﺑﺮگ ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ ﻣﻴﻮه ﺑﻴﺸﺘﺮ ﺑﻮد. ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ ﺑﻪ ﻃﻮر ﻛﻠﻲ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﻛﻪ ﻋﺼﺎره ﺑﺮگ و ﻣﻴﻮه ﺗﻮت ﻃﻼﻳﻲ اﺛﺮات ﺿﺪﺑﺎﻛﺘﺮﻳﺎﻳﻲ و آﻧﺘﻲ اﻛﺴﻴﺪاﻧﻲ ﻣﻨﺎﺳﺒﻲ دارد ﺿﻤﻦ اﻳﻨﻜﻪ ﺧﻮاص آﻧﺘﻲ اﻛﺴﻴﺪاﻧﻲ ﺑﺎﻻﺗﺮ ﺑﺮگ اﺣﺘﻤﺎﻻً ﻧﺎﺷﻲ از ﻣﻴﺰان ﺗﺮﻛﻴﺒﺎت ﻓﻨﻠﻲ و فلاونوئیدی آن می باشد

Abstract    due to the prevalence and increase of antibiotic resistance and the increase in the production of free radicals and their diseases, the discovery of new antimicrobial and antioxidant compounds seems necessary. the aim of the present study was to investigate the antibacterial properties of p. peruviana leaf and fruit extracts on plant and animal pathogenic bacteria and also to investigate the antioxidant properties and to determine the phenolic and flavonoid contents of this medicinal plant. p. peruviana antioxidant activity was determined using free radical scavenging test by dpph assay and its antibacterial effects on three animal and two plant bacteria were investigated by disk diffusion method. minimum inhibitory concentration (mic) and minimum bactericidal concentration (mbc) for each extract were determined by microdilution method. the phenolic compounds of the fruits and leaves were measured by folin ciocalteau reagents and the flavonoid compounds were evaluated by aluminum chloride assay. according to the results, antibacterial effect of fruit extract was more than leaf extract but the antibacterial effect of fruit and leaf extract composition was not significantly different from the mean antibacterial effect of leaf extract and fruit extract alone. the results showed that leaf antioxidant, phenolic and flavonoid compounds were higher than fruit. in general, the results showed that leaf and fruit extract have significant antibacterial and antioxidant effects, while higher leaf antioxidant properties were probably due to higher levels of phenolic and flavonoid compounds and better antibacterial properties of fruit due to other metabolites.
