اورسولیک اسید: تری‌ترپنوئید 5 حلقه‌ای موجود در پوست سیب با طیف گسترده‌ای از اثرات درمانی

اورسولیک اسید (که به نام‌های ursol، prunol، malol، 3βhydroxylurs12en28oic acidنیز شناخته شده است) تری ترپنوئید 5 حلقه‌ای چربی دوستی می‌باشد که در طیف وسیعی از گیاهان و میوه‌ها یافت می‌شود. با توجه به کشف فعالیت‌های بیولوژیکی بالقوه و خواص دارویی در چند دهه‌ی اخیر بسیار مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. در این مقاله مروری اطلاعاتی درباره‌ی منابع غذایی حاوی اورسولیک اسید، نحوه‌ی بیوسنتز، استخراج از منابع گیاهی، میزان جذب، توزیع و همچنین اثرات حفاظتی آن بر روی ارگان های بدن نظیر مغز، ماهیچه اسکلتی، کبد و... خواص فارماکولوژی دیگری نظیر فعالیت ضد سرطان، ضد التهاب، ضد دیابت و فعالیت ضد میکروبی در برابر سویه های متعددی از باکتری ها، قارچ ها و ویروس هایی نظیر hiv، hbv و... بررسی می شود. این مطالعات نشان می‌دهد که اورسولیک اسید می‌تواند یک کاندیدای بالقوه‌ای جهت پیشگیری از طیف وسیعی از اختلالات و بیماری‌هایی نظیر، آلزایمر، آترواسکلروزیس، آتروفی، التهاب ریوی، چاقی، انواع سرطان(کبد، معده، روده، پانکراس، پوست و..)، دیابت نوع 2، hiv و... همچنین پیری و بیماری‌های مرتبط با آن باشد. در پایان امیدواریم این مقاله مروری با معرفی عامل‌های بالقوه مفیدی از اورسولیک اسید در موارد مصرف غذایی، دارویی، پزشکی، آرایشی و بهداشتی مورد توجه عموم قرار گیرد.

Ursolic Acid: 5 cyclic triterpenoid in apple peel With a wide range of therapeutic effects

Ursolic Acid ( as known, ursol، prunol، malol، 3βhydroxylurs12en28oic acid) is a natural lipophilic, triterpenoid which exist in wide range of plant and fruits. In recent decades, it was appreciated due to biological potential and therapeutic effects of this compound. In this review article, it is tried to explain the source of food which exist Ursolic Acid, biosynthesis, extraction and purification, absorption level, distribution, and also protective effects on the body organs such as brain, skeletal muscle, liver ….and pharmacological effects such as anticancer effect, antiinflammatory, antidiabetics and antimicrobila in opposed of variety of bacteria, fungi and virus as like as HIV, HBV. In addition, this review study showed that Ursolic Acid may a potential candidate in prevention of dysfunction and diseases such as Alzheimer, atherosclerosis, muscle atrophy, pulmonary inflammation, overweight, the type of cancers (liver, stomach, intestine, pancreas, skin and so on), diabetes type 2, HIV and also aging and agerelated diseases. Finally, this article hoped to present beneficial effects of Ursolic Acid in utilizing of food, drug, medicine, cosmetics.
