نقش رویکرد سیاسی امام خمینی در ارتقاء «شیوه اجتهاد حوزوی»

در بینش و رویکرد سیاسی امام خمینی عناصری وجود دارد که در دو سطح «موضوع‌شناسی» و «حکم‌شناسی»، شیوه اجتهادی حوزه‌های علمیه را تعمیق بخشیده است. پرسش پژوهش حاضر این است که مولفه‌های رویکرد سیاسی امام خمینی که بر «روش اجتهادی مصطلح» تاثیر داشته است، کدامند؟ این پژوهش با روش تحلیلی- مقایسه‌ای و نگرش درجه دومی به روش اجتهاد، تلاش می‌نماید تا چگونگی ارتباط اندیشه سیاسی ایشان بر «سبک اجتهاد پویا» را کالبدشکافی کرده و پیامدهای آن را در مقایسه با «اجتهاد صاحب جواهری»، مورد تامل قرار دهد. یافته‌های تحقیق حاکی از آن است که، «عمل و تکالیف سیاسی» که از تفسیر «موضوعات» و «نصوص»، و از مجرای «روش اجتهاد» استخراج می‌شوند، در دو سطح نصوص و موضوعات احکام، دستخوش تغییر رویکردی شده است. رویکرد اجتماعی، حکومتی و نظام‌وار امام خمینی موجب شد تا موضوع‌شناسی و نص‌شناسی فقهی از دایره فردی، انتزاعی و ایستا فراتر رفته، و به عرصه عمل سیاسی- اجتماعی و حکومتی متحول شده، و نهایتاً سبک اجتهادی حوزه‌های علمیه را از حالت «ایستا» به «پویا» ارتقاء دهد.

within imam khomeini’s political perspective and approach, some elements have deepened the method of ijtihad (jurisprudential reasoning) in seminaries at two levels: &subject comprehension& and &ruling comprehension.& this research aims to identify the components of imam khomeini’s political approach that have influenced the &conventional method of ijtihad.& utilizing an analytical-comparative method and a second-order perspective on the method of ijtihad, this study endeavors to dissect how his political thought relates to a &dynamic style of ijtihad& and to reflect on its consequences compared to the &jawahiri method of ijtihad.& the findings of the research indicate that the &political actions and duties,& derived from the interpretation of &subjects& and &texts& through the &method of ijtihad,& have undergone a shift in approach at the levels of texts and subjects of rulings. imam khomeini’s social, governmental, and systematic approach led to a transformation in the understanding of subjects and texts from an individual, abstract, and static sphere to the realm of political-social and governmental action. ultimately, this shift elevated the ijtihad method in seminaries from a &static& state to a &dynamic& one.
