جستاری بر مبانی حکمرانی متعالی در خطبه فدکیه حضرت زهرا(س)

فدک با استناد به آیه 26 سوره اسراء «وَ آتِ ذَا الْقُرْبى‏ حَقَّهُ وَ الْمِسْکینَ وَ ابْنَ السَّبیلِ وَ لا تُبَذِّرْ تَبْذیرا» مِلک حضرت زهرا(س) بود که پس از رحلت پیامبر(ص) و با هدف غصب حکمرانی امام علی(ع)، توسط حاکمان وقت از حضرت پس گرفته شد. حضرت زهرا(س) پس از غصب آن، خطبه‌‌ای را در راستای دفاع از حق، ولایت و دشمن‌‌شناسی در میان انصار و مهاجرین ایراد نمودند که به خطبه فدکیه مشهور گردید. از این‌رو ضرورت تبیین آن با توجه به جایگاه والای حضرت زهرا(س) و درون‌‌مایه قوی و غنی خطبه فدکیه، نقش مهّمی را در ترسیم ولایت و حکمرانی متعالی ایفا می‌‌کند. نتایج پژوهش با روش توصیفی- تحلیلی و با هدف دستیابی به الگوی حکمرانی متعالی با استناد بر خطبه فدکیه نشان داد که برای تحقق یک حکومت الهی، به مولفه‌‌هایی نیاز است که پایه‌‌های آن حکومت را شکل می‌‌دهد. این مولفه‌‌ها در کلام حضرت زهرا(س) اهدافی را دنبال می‌‌کند، که علاوه‌بر آرامش دنیوی، سعادت اخروی را نیز تامین می‌‌سازد. ایشان برای تبیین این مولفه‌‌ها، ابتدا به حاکمیت قرآن اشاره می‌‌نماید، که دلالت بر این امر می‌‌کند که هر حکومتی برای پیشرفت، حفظ قدرت و استقلال خویش، نیازمند قوانینی است که این قوانین در حکمرانی متعالی، مبتنی بر احکام و شریعت الهی است که تمام نیازهای بشری را تامین می‌‌کند. حضرت زهرا(س) در ادامه به حاکمیت و اهمیت رهبری و ضرورت این رکن جهت تحقق اهداف الهی و سعادت جامعه در سایه رهبری امام معصوم(ع) اشاره می‌‌کند. سپس با تبیین اخلاق و ولایت‌‌محوری، به نقش و جایگاه این مولفه در تعالی جامعه اسلامی می‌‌پردازد، تا بدین وسیله عدالت‌‌محوری که از ارکان مهم و اصلی هر حکومتی است را نشان دهد. همچنین با ترسیم نقش دشمن‌‌شناسی در تحقق جامعه الهی، مهم‌‌ترین مبانی حکمرانی متعالی را برای همگان روشن می‌‌سازد.

an inquiry into the foundations of sublime governance inthe fadak sermon of lady fatimah (pbuh)

fadak, based on verse 26 of surah al-isra (&and give the relative his right, and [also] the poor and the traveler, and do not spend wastefully&), was the property of lady fatimah (pbuh) which was seized by the rulers of the time following the prophet’s (pbuh) demise, aiming to usurp the governance of imam ali (pbuh). in response, lady fatimah (pbuh) delivered a sermon among the ansar and muhajireen, defending her right, the guardianship, and addressing the recognition of enemies, which became known as the fadak sermon. given lady fatimah’s (pbuh) esteemed position and the profound content of the fadak sermon, its elucidation plays a crucial role in delineating the concept of guardianship and sublime governance. the results of this study, using a descriptive-analytical method aimed at deriving a model of sublime governance based on the fadak sermon, indicate that establishing a divine government requires certain elements that form its foundation. these elements, as discussed by lady fatimah (pbuh), pursue goals that ensure both worldly tranquility and eternal happiness. she initially emphasizes the authority of the qur’an, implying that any government seeking progress, preservation of power, and independence needs laws rooted in divine decrees and sharia, which fulfill all human needs. furthermore, lady fatimah (pbuh) highlights the importance of leadership and the necessity of this pillar for achieving divine objectives and societal prosperity under the guidance of an infallible imam (pbuh). by elucidating ethics and guardianship-centeredness, she underscores their role in elevating the islamic society, thus demonstrating justice-centeredness as a fundamental pillar of any government. additionally, by outlining the role of enemy recognition in realizing a divine society, she clarifies the most critical foundations of sublime governance for all.
