تعارض فرهنگ‌ های سیاسی در ایران: چالش ‌ها و راه‌ حل برون ‌رفت از آن

هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی تعارض فرهنگ ‌های سیاسی در ایران است. در این راستا، با روش توصیفی، از نوع تحلیل محتوا و تحلیل کیفی، مشکل تعدد فرهنگ سیاسی و در نتیجه، تعدد باورها و گرایش‌های سیاسی در ایران بررسی شده است. سوال اصلی آن است که با توجه به تعدد و تنوع فرهنگ سیاسی در ایران پس از انقلاب اسلامی، چه راهکارهایی برای همگن شدن و منسجم شدن فرهنگ سیاسی، در رسیدن به توسعه سیاسی و اقتصادی ایران وجود دارد؟ نتایج نشان داد که گفتگوی آزاد بین اندیشمندان و حاملان فرهنگ سیاسی در فضایی عاری از سلطه سیاسی و اقتصادی می‌تواند مناسب‌ترین راهکار برای انسجام‌بخشی و همگن‌سازی اجزاء فرهنگ سیاسی مانند ارزش‌های سیاسی، باورهای سیاسی و ایستارهای احساسی مردم در راستای توسعه سیاسی و اقتصادی باشد. همچنین در چهارچوب نظریه انتقادی، گفتگوی آزاد شهروندان و نهادهای مدنی و بسترسازی برای اقناع عمومی، در جهت رسیدن به اجماع نظری مشترک، نداشتن برخورد حذفی با عناصر دیگر فرهنگ‌ها، ترویج روحیه مدارا و همزیستی و احترام به مبانی و اصول فرهنگ‌های سیاسی مد نظر بوده و ترکیبی از فرهنگ سیاسی اسلامی، ایرانی و متجدد متناسب با هم، به صورت آگاهانه و با گفتگوی اقناعی آزاد، پیشنهاد می‌شود.

this research aims to examine the conflicts within political cultures in iran. employing a descriptive method, including content analysis and qualitative analysis, the study delves into the issue of the multiplicity of political cultures and the resulting diversity in beliefs and political orientations in iran. the central question is how, given the diversity and multiplicity of political cultures in iran after the islamic revolution, strategies can be developed to harmonize and consolidate political culture to contribute to iran’s political and economic development. the results indicate that open dialogue among intellectuals and carriers of political culture in a space free from political and economic dominance can be the most suitable solution for harmonizing and unifying elements of political culture, such as political values, beliefs, and emotional stances of the people, in the direction of political and economic development. additionally, within the framework of critical theory, fostering free dialogue among citizens and civil institutions, creating a platform for public persuasion, avoiding exclusionary approaches toward elements of other cultures, promoting a spirit of tolerance and coexistence, and respecting the foundations and principles of political cultures are recommended. a conscious amalgamation of islamic, iranian, and progressive political cultures is proposed through informed and persuasive dialogue.
