نقش عدالت در تحقق همگرایی جهان اسلام

«عدالت» و «همگرایی» دو مقوله ارزشمند سیاسی- اجتماعی‌اند که ملازمه میان آن‌ها به صورت علّی- معلولی، مفروض است. «همگرایی» به مثابه ضرورتی که حامل ارزندگی‌های اجتماعی بوده و عامل اصلی جامعه پیشرو در مسیر رشد و پیشرفت به شمار می‌آید، حاصل «عدالت» است. ایده اصلی این نوشتار آن است که «عدالت» غایت گرا در ایجاد «همگرایی» جهان اسلام نقش موثری ایفا می‌نماید و بالعکس، عدالت طبیعت‌گرا نه تنها ظرفیت لازم جهت ایجاد و گسترش همگرائی ندارد بلکه بالعکس در برخی موارد عامل واگرائی جوامع بویژه اسلامی به شمار می‌آید. نتایج تحقیق نشان می‌دهد: عدالت حقیقی که معطوف به مبدا و معاد بوده و مورد تایید قرآن است نه با اجبار به همگرایی ونادیده انگاری تفاوت‌ها که با تکیه بر مشترکات و به روش کثرت‌گرایی عدالت‌طلبانه می‌تواند (جمله ناقص) و بلکه باید در نقش مبنا و علّت همگرایی قرار گیرد تا تمدّن دینی بر قرار و از هدر رفت نیروها، استعدادها، منابع و امکانات جلوگیری شود.

the role of justice in realization of convergencein the islamic world

“justice” and “convergence” are two valuable political-social categories with a cause-effect correlation assumed between them. “convergence” as a necessity for social life and the main cause for a leading society in the path of growth and development is the result of “justice”. the main idea of this article is that teleologist “justice” plays an effective role in creating “convergence” in the muslim world; while naturalist justice not only does not have sufficient potential to create and expand convergence but also sometimes brings about divergence in especially islamic communities. the results show that true justice, which is inclined to the source and resurrection and is confirmed by the qur’an, is not achieved through forcing convergence and neglecting differences but rather it can be obtained relying on commonalities, justice seeking, and pluralism. therefore, true justice should be considered as the basis and cause of convergence to establish religious civilization and avoid waste of forces, talents, resources, and facilities.
