بررسی تهدیدات امنیت اقتصادی در دولت هاشمی رفسنجانی از منظر امام خمینی

هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی تهدیدات امنیت اقتصادی جامعه در دوره ریاست جمهوری هاشمی رفسنجانی بر اساس اندیشه‌‌های اقتصادی امام خمینی است. روش پژوهش توصیفی- تحلیلی بوده و نتایج نشان داد که غفلت از اندیشه‌‌ها و توصیه‌های امام خمینی، در بروز تهدیدات امنیت اقتصادی در دهه دوم انقلاب، نقشی اساسی داشت. در دوره مورد بررسی توسعه نامتوازن، گرایش به اقتصاد سرمایه‌‌داری، غفلت از عدالت اجتماعی، وابستگی به نفت، فاصله طبقاتی، فساد اداری و مدیریتی، افزایش واردات و ترویج مصرف‌‌گرایی، بیکاری، انحراف در خصوصی‌‌سازی، امنیت اقتصادی جامعه را تهدید می‌نمود که در صورت توجه به اندیشه امام خمینی، جامعه اسلامی با چنین تهدیداتی مواجه نمی‌‌شد.

an analysis of the threats to economic securityin the government of hāshemi rafsanjāni from the view of imam khomeyni

the purpose of the present study is to review the threats to economic security of the society during the presidency of hāshemi rafsanjāni, based on the economic ideas of imam khomeyni. the method of study is descriptive-analytic and the results indicated that neglecting the ideas and advice of imam khomeyni had a basic role in the occurrence of threats to economic security during the second decade of the revolution. in the decade under study, some factors such as unbalanced development, tendency to capitalist economy, neglecting social justice, oil dependence, social inequality, administrative and managerial corruption, increasing import and propagation of consumerism, unemployment, and deviation in privatization were threatening economic security of the society but if the ideas of imam khomeyni were considered, islamic society would not face such threats.
