شاخص‌های کارگزاران و نظارت بر آن از منظر ائمه(ع)

هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی شاخص‌های نظارت امامان در رفتار کارگزاران می‌باشد. پرسش مطرح شده در این پژوهش ناظر به چیستی این شاخص‌ها است. یعنی از منظر ائمه معصومین(ع)، یک کارگزار مطلوب ایشان، باید دارای چه شاخص‌هایی برای وکالت و کارگزاری از سوی امام باشد. روش پژوهش توصیفی- تحلیلی بوده و بررسی مهم‌ترین شاخص‌های مورد توجه ائمه(ع) درباره کارگزاران نشان داد که کارگزاران امامان شیعه می‌بایست شاخص‌های خاص مد نظر ائمه(ع) را می‌داشتند، شامل: شاخص عدالت‌ورزی و وثاقت کارگزار، یعنی برخورد انصاف‌گونه و توام با عدالت با مردم، شاخص رازداری، شاخص آگاهی دینی که موجب انجام بهتر کارها در سایه بصیرت و فهم خواهد بود، شاخص اطاعت‌پذیری که در حقیقت پایبندى به قوانینی است که مطابق با شریعت و صلاح و مقرّرات اجتماعى است. شاخص دیگر، شاخص دقت و نظم است که از ویژگی‌های لازم جهت پذیرش مسئولیت عظیم و مهم نمایندگان و کارگزاران ائمه(ع) می‌باشد. بررسی رفتار سیاسی امامان شیعه نشان می‌دهد که نصب کارگزاران براساس شایستگی و حائز بودن شاخص‌هایی بوده که عموماً از ویژگی‌های انسان‌های صالح است. در غیر این صورت در جرگه کارگزاران قرار نمی‌گرفتند. بنابراین، انتصاب کارگزار از نگاه ائمه(ع) براساس لیاقت و شایستگی است و انتساب به یک قوم خاص، ثروت، قدرت اجتماعی، نسبت فامیلی و... تاثیری بر انتصاب کارگزاران نداشته است.

indicators of the officials and supervision over them from the view of the imams(as)

the purpose of the present study is to review indicators of the imams’ supervision over the officials’ behavior. the research question of this study considers the content of these indicators. it means, from the view of imams (as), which indicators a favorable official should have for the advocacy on the behalf of an imam. the method of study is descriptive-analytic and analysis of the most important components considered by the imams (as) about the officials showed that the delegates of the shi’ite imams ought to have special features such as justice and resoluteness, fair and just behavior with people, confidentiality, religious awareness that leads to better performance in the light of insight and understanding, submissiveness that is commitment to the rules in accordance with religion and social expediency and regulations, accuracy and order that is essential for accepting great and important responsibility of the delegates and officials assigned by the imams (as). an analysis of the political behavior of shi’ite imams shows that appointing the officials has been based on their qualification and having features that were mostly related to righteous people otherwise they would not be assigned in the group of officials. therefore, appointment of officials from the view of the imams (as) is based on merit and decency and it has nothing to do with any special tribe, wealth, social power, family relation and so on.
