رسانه‌های ارتباط جمعی و حکمرانی شایسته در نظریه‌های ولایت ‌فقیه

هدف پژوهش حاضر کشف رابطه نظریات ولایت فقیه با پدیده‌های نوپدید فاقد خاستگاه دینی، یعنی رسانه‌های ارتباط جمعی و «حکمرانی شایسته» است. در این راستا و با روش توصیفی تحلیلی به تقریر دیدگاه‌های مختلف از ولایت فقیه پرداخته و درنهایت نحوه ارتباط آن‌ها با رسانه‌ها در چارچوب حکمرانی مطلوب تبیین شده است. نتایج نشان داد که دیدگاه امام خمینی با توجه به الگوهای نظری موجود پیرامون رسانه‌های ارتباط جمعی، در حد میانه‌ای قرار می‌گیرد و از یک‌سو به آزادی رسانه‌ها می‌اندیشد و از دیگر سو به مصالح جامعه نظر دارد. به همین دلیل است که شماری از محققین نوع نگاه ایشان به ولایت فقیه و حکومت را نیز به نظریه «مشروعیت ترکیبی»، «مشروعیت دو گانه» نزدیک می‌دانند. بنابراین، رسانه‌های ارتباط جمعی از سویی می‌بایست به ایده‌ها و آرزوهای بشری یعنی عدالت، آزادی، امنیت و معنویت توجه کنند و همّت خود را صرف عملی شدن این ایده‌ها نمایند که در این میان برخی از محدودیت‌ها مانند عقل و شرع، قانون و فقدان توطئه را خواهند داشت. از سوی دیگر، از آزادی نیز برخوردار خواهند بود.

Mass Media and Decent Governancein the Theories of Velāyat-e Faqih

The purpose of the present study is to discover the relationship between the theories of Velāyate Faqih and some emerging phenomena that have no religious origin, namely mass media and &decent governance&. In this regard and using a descriptiveanalytic method, different views on Velāyate faqih were mentioned and finally their relation to the media in the framework of favorable governance were explained. The results showed that considering the existing theoretical models about the mass media, Imām Khomeyni has a moderate attitude as on the one hand, he thinks of the freedom of mass media, and on the other hand, considers the expediency of society. Thus, some researchers deem that his outlook on Velāyate Faqih and governance resembles the theory of &mixed legitimacy& and &dual legitimacy&. Therefore, the mass media on the one hand, should pay attention to human thoughts and aspirations, namely justice, freedom, security, and spirituality and make an effort to realize them and in the meanwhile observe some limitations such as ration, religion, law, and avoidance of conspiracy, and on the other hand, regard for liberty.
