نظریه دولت در فلسفه سیاسی ابن سینا با تاکید بر روش جستاری اسپریگنز

هدف پژوهش حاضر تبیین نظریه دولت در فلسفه سیاسی ابن سینا است تا نحوه ارائه دولت مطلوب را در امر سیاسی براساس الگوی جستاری اسپریگنز نمایان سازد. در این راستا، با تامل در آراء و منظومه سیاسی ابن سینا، تلاش شده است تا به این سوال اصلی پاسخ داده شود که شیخ‌الرئیس در ترسیم نظام سیاسی مطلوب چگونه می‌اندیشد؟ بر این اساس، پژوهش حاضر در چهار محور مشکل‌شناسی، علت‌شناسی، آرمان‌شناسی و راه‌حل‌شناسی تدوین شده است. روش پژوهش تاریخی توصیفی بوده و نتایج حاکی از آن است که فلسفه سیاسی ابن سینا دارای منظومه فکری فلسفی منسجم شامل: مدنی‌بالطبع بودن انسان، ضرورت رهبری نبی به واسطه اتصال به عقل فعال و ضرورت نبوت در سیاست است. ابوعلی سینا در ارائه رویکرد دولت‌گرایی و طرح نظریه دولت، بهترین نوع نظام را الگوی سیاسی نبوی دانسته که پیامبر یا جانشین او، در راس امور قرار دارند. در واقع نظریه دولت در فلسفه سیاسی ابن سینا بر مبنای فطرت الهی انسان و نقش حداکثری دولت در سعادت و رستگاری اتباع در هر دو جهان بنا شده است.

Theory of State in the Political Philosophyof Avicenna Relying on Spragens’ Methodology

The purpose of the present study is to explain the theory of state in the political philosophy of Avicenna in order to display the way of presenting a favorable government in terms of political issues based on Spragens’ methodology. In this regard, by delving deep into the political ideas and doctrines of Avicenna, it was attempted to answer this main question: How does Shaykh alRa’is (Avicenna) think of a favorable political system? Thus, the present research is compiled in four parts investigating problems, causes, goals, and solutions. The method of study is historicaldescriptive and the results convey that Avicenna’s political philosophy has an integrated intellectualphilosophical system including the social nature of human beings, the necessity of a prophet’s leadership due to his connection with demiurge, and the necessity of prophethood in politics. In presenting his approach to statism and proposing the theory of state, Avicenna deems that the best system is the prophetic political model in which a prophet or his successor is at the center of affairs. In fact, the theory of state in Avicenna’s political philosophy has been based upon the divine nature of humans and the utmost role of government in people’s prosperity and salvation in both worlds.
