دین و دولت:بایسته‌‌های الگوی مردم‌سالاری دینی در دولت‌‌سازی

هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی بایسته‌‌های الگوی مردم‌سالاری دینی در دولت‌‌سازی می‌باشد و این مدعا را دنبال می‌کند که عدم تحقق دولت‌ اسلامی ‌مردم‌سالار، مهم‌ترین کاستی نظام اسلامی در تحقق ‌بخشیدن به نظم سیاسی مبتنی‌ بر دین بوده است. این پژوهش با بهره‌گیری از روش‌شناسی «کارکردگرایی»، روش «اِسنادی» و راهبرد نگارش «تحلیل فرآیند» انجام شده و نتایج نشان داد که عدم تحقق دولت‌ اسلامی ‌مردم‌سالار، در عدم کفایت ملاک‌های اسلامی در سه عنصر «کارشناسان و کارگزاران»، «نظامات و ساختارها» و «علوم انسانی پشتیبان» ریشه دارد. نتایج حاصله از این پژوهش را می‌توان در طراحی الگوی اسلامی ایرانی پیشرفت و تعیین اولویت‌‌های دولت‌‌سازی در جمهوری اسلامی به‌کار گرفت.

Religion and Government: The Essentials of the Model of Religious Democracy in StateBuilding

The purpose of the present study is to explain the relative concepts about spirituality in the statement of the second phase of revolution. In this research, relying on the statement of the second phase of revolution, the essence, foundations, realm, and dignity of spirituality, responsibilities of the government in this regard as well as the relative practical guidelines were reviewed using a descriptiveanalytical method. The results indicate that the Islamic revolution of Iran due to its Islamic origin, having a mystic and spiritual leader in the center of power, and also the religious and spiritual concerns of the revolutionists, has an outstanding spiritual background. The supreme leader of the revolution has mentioned some guidelines about spirituality for the upcoming phase in his statement and thus paying attention to them is very necessary to maintain the revolution and improve its objectives. An accurate comprehension of the above guidelines depends on the analysis of true spirituality, awareness about the different aspects of spirituality, and their distinguishment from fallacious spirituality.
