عدالت‎طلبی در اندیشه مقام ‎معظم‎ رهبری براساس الگوی نظری اسپریگنز

هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی و تبیین چیستی و چگونگی بایسته‎های طریق‎ عدالت‌خواهی در اندیشه مقام معظم رهبری است. در این راستا، مرز میان مفاهیم، زمینه‎‎‎ها، شاخصه‎ها، عوامل، لوازم، موانع، آفات، تکالیف و مصادیق این آرمان تبیین شده است. برای تبیین نظرات مقام معظم رهبری از روش ترکیب مزجی استفاده ‌شد، تا با تلخیص بیش از 180 سخنرانی مرتبط با عدالت، پژوهش از جامعیت، اتقان و انسجام کافی برخوردار باشد. این پژوهش با تکیه ‌بر چارچوب نظری اسپریگنز، داده‎های تحصیلی خود را در چهار عنوان «بحران عدالت، علل بحران، آرمان مطلوب و مسیر دستیابی به عدالت»، تنظیم کرده است. در نهایت، پیگیری پژوهش‌های نظری، گفتمان‌سازی، نقد منصفانه، ایجاد شفافیت، اجرای سیاست‌های مالیاتی، درک انتخاب شایستگان، کمک به دستگاه‎ها و عمل به قانون، از دستاوردهای پژوهش حاضر در بررسی اندیشه‎های رهبری می‌باشد.

JusticeSeeking in the Ideology of the Supreme LeaderBased on Spragens’ Theoretical Model

The purpose of the present study is to review and explain the essence of the requirements of justiceseeking in the ideology of the supreme leader of Iran. To this aim, the boundary between the concepts, backgrounds, criteria, causes, means, obstacles, damages, duties, and instances of this ideal were specified. The Mazjī combination method was used to survey the ideas of the supreme leader so that by summarizing more than 180 of his speeches about justice, the research would have enough comprehensiveness, validity, and cohesion. Based on Sprangers’ theoretical framework, this research has arranged its obtained data under four categories including “justice crisis, causes of justice, optimal ideal, and ways to achieve justice”. Finally, following up the relative theoretical research, discoursemaking, fair criticism, transparency, execution of tax policies, acknowledgment of choosing those of competence, assistance to the organizations, and acting according to the law are among some other achievements of the present research in surveying the leader’s ideas.
