امنیت سیاسی گروه‌ها؛ موجبات و موانع تحقق آن از منظر قرآن کریم

هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی موجبات و موانع امنیت سیاسی گروه‌ها از منظر قرآن کریم است. روش این پژوهش، استفاده از رویکرد تفسیر موضوعی استخراجی بوده و روش این فهم از طریق تطبیق آن براساس واژگان مستقیم، واژگان ضمنی و التزامی و مفاهیم مخالف صورت گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که قرآن در موارد گوناگونی با توصیف تهدیدات مربوط به امنیت سیاسی گروه‌ها، به نمونه‌های تاریخی اشاره کرده است. از منظر قرآن، امنیت سیاسی گروه‌ها در قالب پذیرش و اجازه تشکیل مجموعه‌های سیاسی و امکان مشارکت سیاسی ساختاری در قالب تشکّل‌‌های گوناگونی جهت ساخت سرنوشت سیاسی صورت می‌‌گیرد. در جامعه‌‌ای که مشارکت سیاسی گروه‌‌ها وجود داشته و گروه‌‌های آن جامعه، ‌شناسایی متقابلی نسبت به نظام سیاسی داشته و گرایش فعال نسبت به ساخت‌های سیاسی و روندهای تصمیم‌گیری و اجرایی دارا باشند، در این جامعه گروه‌ها دارای امنیت بوده و می‌توانند در خط مشی‌ها نفوذ و در تصمیمات تاثیرگذار باشند.

Political Security of Parties; Its Causesand Obstacles from the View of the Noble Qur’an

The purpose of the present study is to explore the causes and obstacles for the political security of parties from the view of the Noble Qur’an. The method of this research is by extracting thematic interpretation and it was comprehended by making a comparison between exegeses in terms of explicit vocabularies, implicit and subjunctive vocabularies as well as different concepts. The results showed that the Qur’an in several cases by referring to the threats to the political security of parties, has pointed to some historical instances in this regard. In the view of the Qur’an, the political security of the parties is acknowledged by accepting and allowing the establishment of political associations, the possibility of structural and political participation in the form of different groups in order to build the political destiny. In a society in which there is political participation of parties and a mutual recognition between them and the political government and the parties have an active tendency to the political structures and decision making as well as executive processes, parties have security and can penetrate in policies and be effective in decisions.
