راهبرد سیاسی نهادهای علمی بین‌المللی حوزه‌ای در برابر جریان‌های تکفیری براساس مدل swot

هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی راهبرد سیاسی نهادهای علمی بین‌المللی حوزوی در برابر جریان‌های تکفیری براساس مدل swot است. روش پژوهش تحلیل محتوا بوده و نشان داده شد که مدل تحلیل راهبردی در حوزه‌ی جریان‌های تکفیری، یک منظومه‌ی گسترده است که نیازمند تحلیل و آمایش دوره ای است. به دلیل تعدد متغیرها، تغییر مدام شرایط سیاسی، رشد قارچ‌گونه‌ی جریان‌های تکفیری و...، این مدل باید به‌صورت هرمی شکسته و ریز شده و راهبردهای بخشی را در عین توجه به راهبردهای کلان، تحقق بخشد. بخش ثابت این مدل که باید مورد توجه سازمان‌های حوزوی بین‌المللی قرار گیرد، ابتدا حفظ قوت‌ها (s) و سعی در افزایش آن و سپس رفع ضعف‌ها (w) است. بخش سیّال مدل نیز که نیازمند توجه بیشتر و مطالعه‌ی تخصصی روزآمد است، تحلیلی پیرامون کاهش یا افزایش فرصت‌ها (o) و تهدیدها (t) و همچنین، تحول درونی ماهیت این موارد است. علاوه بر این، باید به ملازمه‌ی بین ضعف و تهدید و همچنین، قوت و فرصت در سازمان‌های حوزوی بین المللی دقت شود. مدل جامع تر و کامل تر نیز هنگامی بدست می آید که موضوع مدل، مستقلاً یک بار جریان‌های تکفیری قرار داده شود و به انضمام تحلیل راهبردی فعلی درآید. در این صورت، ملازمه‌ی متقابل چهار متغیر s,w,o,t به‌صورت تخصصی بدست خواهد آمد.

The Political Strategies of the International Seminary Scientific Institutions against Takfiri Movements Based on SWOT Analysis

The purpose of the present study is to review the political strategies used by international seminary scientific institutions against Takfiri movements based on SWOT analysis (matrix). The method of study is descriptive analysis and the results showed that this strategy analysis about Takfiri movements is an extensive system that needs periodical analysis and enquiry. Due to numerous variables, continuously changing political situation, mushroomlike rise of Takfiri movements and so on, this model should be broken into a pyramid to achieve micro strategies in addition to macro strategies. The fixed part of this analysis which should be considered by the international seminary institutions is first, the maintenance of strengths (S) and the attempt for their increase, and then, the elimination of weaknesses (W). The unfixed part of the analysis which needs more consideration and uptodate and specialized enquiry involves an analysis about the decrease or increase in opportunities (O) and threats (T) as well as the transformation of their internal essence. Moreover, the correlation between weaknesses and threats as well as strengths and opportunities in international seminary organizations should be taken into consideration. A more comprehensive analysis would be achieved when “Takfiri movements” is independently set as the subject of analysis and it is attached to this current strategic analysis. In this case, the correlation between four variables of S, W, O, and T would be obtained in a specialized way.
