عراق جدید و تدوام هویت‌های فروملی متعارض؛ مساله ساخت هویت ملی

هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی چگونگی تاثیر هویت‌های قومی – مذهبی بر ایجاد بحران در هویت ملی عراق و راهکار برون‌رفت از آن با تاکید بر دیدگاه لوسین پای(بحران هویت) بود. پژوهش با روش توصیفی تحلیلی انجام شده و یافته‌ها نشان داد فرهنگ‌ سیاسی حاکم بر جامعه عراق از جمله بافت ناهمگن، نظامی‌گری، طایفه‌گرایی، هویت فروملی قومی مذهبی وغیره بحران هویت ملی را افزوده و علی‌رغم مکانیزم‌های قانونی(فدرالیسم و...) در دوره جدید، رسیدن ﺑﻪ هویت ملی را به بحران تبدیل کرده است. به نظر می‌رسد لازمه فایق آمدن بر بحران هویت ملی توجه به الگویی بومی مطابق با زیست بوم عراق و جمع‌آورنده همه گروه‎ها براساس ساخت مدلی وحدت‌گرا در عین کثرت‌گرا است که تکثر و چندگانگی را به رسمیت بشناسد.

New Iraq and Continuity of Opposing Intra-National Identities: The Issue of Making National Identity

The purpose of the present study is to explore the impact of ethnicreligious identities on Iraq’s national identity crisis and a solution to overcome that with emphasis on Lucian Pye’s view (identity crisis). This research was conducted using descriptiveanalytical method and the results showed that the political culture prevailing in Iraq including inhomogeneous context, militarism, tribalism, religiousethnic intranational identity and so on have deteriorated national identity crisis, and despite legal mechanisms such as Federalism, … in the new era, reaching a national identity has come to a crisis. In order to overcome the national identity crisis, it seems necessary to pay attention to an indigenous model compatible with Iraqi community that can bring unification between all groups based on creating a unifying and yet pluralist model recognizing diversity and coexisting ethnic groups.
