بررسی مناسبات امنیت اقتصادی متعالی و آزادی اقتصادی متعالی در نظام اقتصادی اسلام

هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی مناسبات امنیت اقتصادی و آزادی اقتصادی در نظام اقتصادی اسلام بود. نتایج پژوهش که با استفاده از «برهان سبر و تقسیم» و نظریۀ استخدام از بررسی آیات و روایات انجام شد، حاکی از آن است در نظام اقتصادی اسلام رابطه‎ای تعاملی متعالی میان امنیت اقتصادی و آزادی اقتصادی برقرار بوده و تقدم یکی بر دیگری ضمن ورود به وضعیت ظلم، استخدام یک‎سویۀ ناعادلانه‎ای را در جامعه ایجاد می‎کند که از یک‎سو، نفسِ امنیت اقتصادی و آزادی اقتصادی را تهدید می‎کند و از سوی دیگر جریان تعالی‎بخشی جامعه را نیز به‎خطر می‎اندازد. بنابراین، فرض تعامل امنیت اقتصادی و آزادی اقتصادی اثبات می‎شود که در آن، هیچ تضییع حقوق فردی، ملی، دینی و عمومی بوجود نمی‎آید و تعادلی مبتنی بر عدالت در روابط اجتماعی محقق می‌شود که متعالی است.

A Survey of Transcendental Economic Security and Economic Liberty in Islamic Economics

The purpose of the current study is to survey economic security and economic freedom in Islamic economics. The results of this research which was conducted using the argument of Sabr and Taqsim and the theory of Estikhdam (employment) based on Qur’anic verses and Hadith show that there is a transcendental correlation between economic security and economic freedom in Islamic economics; and prioritizing one over another may lead to injustice as well as an unfair unilateral employment in society that on the one hand threatens the essence of economic security and economic liberty, and on the other hand, endangers the transcendental movement in society. Therefore, the assumption of correlation between economic security and economic freedom is proved in which no violation against individual, national, religious, and public right occurs and there is justicebased balance in social relations that is transcendental.
