بررسی اشکال مبنایی موجود در ادله عقلی بر نظریه ولایت فقیه

هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی بنیادهای هستی‌شناسانه تئوری سیاسی ولایت فقیه و تبیین شبکه معرفتی موجود میان اجزای اندیشه شیعیان است. نتایج پژوهش که به روش توصیفی – تحلیلی انجام شد، حاکی از آن است که بدون توجه به جایگاه انسان و دنیا در عالم، وجود عوالم دیگر و لزوم تکامل انسان در نظام آفرینش، دلایل ولایت فقیه در اثبات ضرورت کامل و کافی نخواهند بود. این جهان‌بینی در ادله مستقل عقلی به صراحت و در ادله عقلی و نقلی به اشاره و گاه صراحت ذکر شده است. همین جهان‌بینی باعث شده است مبانی تئوری ولایت فقیه در کتب فلسفه و حکمت نیز تبیین شود. اگرچه مسئله ولایت فقیه مثل بسیاری مسایل دیگر می‌تواند از دو زاویه مورد بررسی قرار گیرد، به طوری که از یک جهت فقهی و از جهت دیگر کلامی باشد، اما وجهه کلامی آن قوی‌تر است، به طوری که می‌توان آن را مسئله‌ای کاملا اعتقادی تلقی کرد که به جهان‌بینی فرد ناظر و دارای مویدات فقهی می‌باشد.

An Investigation of Fundamental Rational Arguments in the Theory of Wilayat al-Faqih

The objective of the present study is to survey ontological fundaments of the political theory of Wilayat alFaqih (guardianship of the Islamic jurist) and to determine the epistemological networks existing in Shi’ite ideology. The results of the research conducted by descriptive analysis indicate that the arguments for the necessity of Wilayat alFaqih would not be comprehensive and sufficient unless we consider the place of human being in this world, the existence of other worlds, and also the necessity of human perfection through the system of creation. This ideology is explained in this article by explicitly rational as well as implicitlyexplicitly traditionalrational arguments. The above ideology has led to the determination of the theoretical fundaments of Wilayat alFaqih in philosophical and wisdom books. Although the issue of Wilayat alFaqih like many other issues can be studied from Fiqhi (juristic) and Kalami (philosophical) aspect, its philosophical aspect is more dominant so that it can be regarded as a totally theological issue related to one’s ideology and juristic beliefs.
