آثار فضیلت توده بر تربیت سیاسی کارگزاران جمهوری اسلامی ایران از منظر امام خمینی

هدف پژوهش حاضر بیان تاثیر فضایل اخلاقی به ویژه توده بر تربیت سیاسی و همچنین ترسیم گوشه‌ای از الگوی تربیت سیاسی فضیلت‌گرای الهی برای کارگزاران جمهوری اسلامی ایران از منظر امام خمینی در قالب آثار فضیلت توده بر تربیت سیاسی، به جهت حل برخی از چالش‌های نظام اسلامی بود. روش پژوهش توصیفی – تحلیلی بوده و نتایج نشان داد، اندیشه‌های امام خمینی الگوی مطلوبی در زمینه تربیت سیاسی الهی ارائه می‌دهد. دیدگاه‌های اخلاقی سیاسی ایشان ظرفیت تولید الگوی تربیت سیاسی فضیلت‌گرای الهی را دارد، زیرا وی یکی از بهترین توصیف‌ها از نظام فضایل و رذایل را ارائه داده‌اند. بروز رفتارهای سیاسی سنجیده، عدم تاثیرپذیری از محیط فاسد و افزایش تاثیرگذاری سیاسی و انتخاب جبهه سیاسی حق‌گرا برای فرد و جامعه از جمله این آثار است.

The Effects of the Virtue of Serenity on the Political Training of Politicians in the Islamic Republic of Iran from Imam Khumeini’s Perspective

The purpose of present study is to explain the effect of ethical virtues especially serenity on the political training and to demonstrate a divine and virtuous model for the political training of politicians in the Islamic Republic of Iran from Imam Khumeini’s view in order to solve some challenges in the Islamic government. This research was conducted by descriptive analysis and the results showed that the ideas of Imam Khumeini represent a good model in the field of divine political education. His political and ethical views have the potential to develop a Godly virtuous model for political training because he has represented one of the best descriptions of the hierarchy of virtues and evil acts. Prudent political behavior, resistance against corruption, increasing political influence, and choosing a just and fair political frontier for individuals and society are among his works.
