زمینه‌های همگرایی کشورهای اسلامی؛ با تاکید بر ظرفیتهای انقلاب اسلامی

اندیشمندان مطالعات منطقه‌ای، هم‌گرایی در حوزه‌ی دولت‌های ملی (خرد) را مقدمه‌ی هم‌گرایی در سطح منطقه‌ای و حتی جهانی (کلان) می‌دانند و بر این باورند کشورهایی می‌توانند مسیر هم‌گرایی را برای دست‌یابی به منافع مشترک در سطح فراملی طی نمایند که از ساختارها وشرایط لازم مبتنی‌بر: کثرت‌گرایی، پاسخ‌گوبودن و آزادی‌های احزاب و نخبگان برای تاثیرگذاری بر ساختارهای سیاسی برخوردار باشند. از این مساله در نظریه‌ی نئوکارکردگرایان تحتعنوان ظرفیت هم‌گرایی یا شرایط همگرایانه ( integrative potential) یاد شده است. در این تحقیق که با روش توصیفیتحلیلی انجام شده، تلاش بر آن است تا از طریق سه اقدام نظری مرتبط، یعنی بررسی موانع هم‌گرایی کشورهای اسلامی، بررسی ظرفیت‌های انقلاب اسلامی، و بررسی چگونگی انتقال این ظرفیت‌ها به کشورهای اسلامی، هم‌گرایی این کشورها مورد مطالعه قرار گیرد.

Grounds for Convergence of Muslim Nations with an Emphasis on Capacities of the Islamic Revolution

The main Issue of present article is to explore quiddity of establishing prophetic state in Mecca surahs and for so doing, it has used framework of descending order interpretation methodology because this style of interpretation that underscores the Quranic descending revelation can well elucidate the process of establishing prophetic state. The processes of state establishment rest on components and particular and general elements, the most important of which are: ideation, population, territory, law and institution creation; the doctrines derived from the holy Quran Mecca surah elucidates the first general element of state establishment that is ideation and illustrates the speculative principles of prophetic state establishment. This article believes that the same point paves the ground for achievement of other prophetic state establishment and it has determined the constitution stage and establishment stabilization in Medina.
