رویکرد امنیت ملی در الگوی اسلامی ایرانی پیشرفت مدنی

مساله‌ی پژوهش حاضر، تامین امنیت، از جمله در اسناد الگوی پایه به‌سوی الگوی تفصیلی در دو سطح کشوری و ملی است. مراد از امنیت کشور، پیشرفت مدنی جمهوری اسلامی و الگوی آن در بخش پیشرفت امنیتی الگو و زیربخش سیاست پیشرفت مدنی نظام جمهوری اسلامی ایران و الگوی آن است. امنیت ملی را باید معادل امنیت مدنی دانست که در حوزه‌های اجتماعی و سیاسی مطرح‌اند. تامین امنیت به‌معنای پیشرفت مدنی است. رهیافت امنیت در این مقاله معادل فرایند پیشرفت ملی و امنیت الگوسازی پیشرفت دانسته شده و راهبرد تامین آن، تبیین، ترسیم، ترویج و به‌ویژه تحقق الگوی پیشرفت می‌باشد. پرسش اصلی این است که خاستگاه، جایگاه و نقش امنیت ملی در الگوسازی پیشرفت و در الگوی پیشرفت چیست؟ فرضیه‌ی آن است که امنیت ملی، فراهم‌آمده از امنیت اقتصادی، امنیت سیاسی و امنیت فرهنگی؛ معنوی و اخلاقی است. روش‌شناسی این تحقیق بر پایه‌ی تحلیل متن استوار بوده و محتوای مورد نظر، اسناد الگوی پایه پیشرفت می‌باشند.

National Security Approach to the Iranian Islamic Pattern of Civil Progress

The issue of the current study is to provide security, including in basic pattern documents to a detailed pattern at both state and national levels. The mean of the security of the country is the civil development of the Islamic Republic and its pattern in the field of security development is the model and subdivision of the civil development policy of the Islamic Republic of Iran and its pattern. National security must be considered as the equivalent of civil security in the social and political domains. Securing means civil progress. The security approach in this paper is equivalent to the process of national development and security of progress patterning, and the strategy of providing, explaining, drawing, promoting, and in particular achieving the progress pattern. The key question is what are the origin, position and role of national security in patterning progress and in the progress pattern? The hypothesis is that national security is provided by economic security, political security, and culturalmoral security. The methodology of this study is according to the analysis of the text and the desired content includes the progress basic pattern documents.
