مرجع امنیت بین‌الملل از دیدگاه اسلام

یکی از مباحث مهم و تعیین‌‌کننده‌ی مکاتب امنیتی، مساله‌ی مرجع امنیت است که نه‌تنها در تکوین نظریه‌های امنیتی، بلکه حتی در نوع تعریف از امنیت ایفای نقش می‌کند. سوال این است که هدف از امنیت چیست؟ امنیت برای چه کسی یا چه‌چیزی است؟ پژوهش‌گران مطالعات امنیتی، موارد مختلفی را در پاسخ به این سوال مطرح کرده‌اند. البته بیش‌تر نظریه‌پردازان مکاتب امنیتی، امنیت ‌بین‌الملل را دست‌نیافتنی دانسته‌اند؛ این درحالی‌است که در مکتب امنیتی اسلام، امنیت در مقیاس جهانی و میان دولت‌ها و ملت‌ها، نه‌تنها شدنی است، بلکه برای رسیدن به آن، سازوکارهایی نیز ارائه شده است. این نوشتار با استناد به قرآن کریم که معتبرترین منبع معرفتی مورد اتفاق همه‌ی مسلمانان است و فرمایشات پیامبر اسلام(ص) و اهل‌بیت ایشان(ع)، درصدد پاسخ به این سوال از مسائل امنیت بین‌الملل است که از دیدگاه اسلام، مرجع امنیت بین‌الملل چیست؟ یا به‌عبارت دیگر، امنیت بین‌الملل برای چه‌چیزی یا چه کسانی است؟

International Security Reference from the viewpoint of Islam

One of the most important issues of security schools is the issue of security reference, playing a role not only in the development of security theories, but also in the definition of security. The question is what is the objective of security? For whom or what is the security? Various answers have been raised to this question by security study scholars. Of course, most security school theorists have considered international security to be unattainable, while in the Islamic security school, security is not only possible in a global scale and between states and nations, but also some mechanisms have been posed for achieving it. Y referring to the Holy Quran the mostly agreed credible source of knowledge available to all Muslims and the teachings of the Prophet (pbuh) and his AhlulBayt (Family), the present paper is intended to answer this question of international security issues that “from the Islamic viewpoint, what is the international security authority?” Or in other words, “for what or for whom is international security?”
