ساختار قدرت سیاسی در اندیشه‌ سیاسی ائمه‌ی معصومین (ع)

این نوشتار به‌دنبال کشف نظر ائمه‌ی معصومین(ع) در رابطه با ساختار قدرت سیاسی است و می‌کوشد به این سوال پاسخ دهد که ساختار قدرت سیاسی از منظر احادیث معصوم(ع) بر چه مبنایی استوار می‌باشد؟ برای نیل به این هدف، از روش تحلیل مضمون و شبکه‌ی مضامین استفاده کرده‌ایم؛ جهت استنباط نیز به احادیث معصوم مراجعه نموده‌ایم. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که در روایات، ساختار قدرت از خداوند متعال شروع شده و با رسول او ادامه یافته و براساس نظام امامت و ولایت استوار می‌شود؛ در عصرغیبت نیز فقیه جامع‌الشرایط به‌عنوان نزدیک‌ترین فرد به امام معصو م، رهبری و ولایت امر را برعهده خواهد گرفت. این امر جنبه ثبوتی دارد و جهت تحقق و استمرار قدرت نیازمند مقبولیت از جانب مردم است که به‌صورت بیعت، مشورت و نظارت عینیت پیدا می‌کند و جنبه‌ی اثباتی دارد.

The Structure of Political Power in the political thought of the innocent Imams

This article seeks to discover the viewpoints of the infallible Imams regarding the structure of political power and tries to answer the question on what basis is the structure of political power based on the viewpoint of the infallible traditions? To this end, we have used the thematic analysis and thematic networks. We have also used Hadiths by innocent Imams for deduction. The findings of the study show that in the traditions, the structure of power begins with God the almighty and continues with His Messenger and is based on the Imamat and the Velayah System; during Occultation, the comprehensive Jurist, as the closest person to the Imam, will take over the leadership and Velayah. This has a proofing aspect, and in order for the power to be realized and sustained it needs to be endorsed by the people, which is demonstrated by allegiance, consultation and supervision, and has a validating aspect.
