بعد سیاسی امنیت انسانی از دیدگاه فقه امامیه و نظام بین الملل حقوق بشر

هدف پژوهش حاضر واکاوی ابعاد سیاسی امنیت انسانی از دیدگاه فقه امامیه و نظام بین الملل حقوق بشر بود. روش تحقیق استنباطی استنتاجی بوده و در این راستا، پس از تبیین اجمالی محل بحث در مطالعات امنیتی، سه هنجار و مولّفه اساسی به عنوان ابعاد اصلی در دو دیدگاه فقه امامیه و نظام » حق بر مشارکت فعال سیاسی « و » آزادی رای « ،» حق انتخاب شدن « امنیت سیاسی با عناوین حق به کارگیری و ابراز عقیده سیاسی، « بین الملل حقوق بشر مورد بررسی قرار گرفته اند. نتایج نشان داد هر دو دیدگاه در اصل پذیرش به عنوان مهم ترین گزاره ها در امنیت سیاسی افراد و جامعِ دیگر حقوق و آزادی های سیاسی » حق انتخاب کردن و حق انتخاب شدن اشتراک و در محدودیت های وارد بر این حق اختلاف دارند

Political aspect of human security from Ja’fari jurisprudence view point versus International human rights

This project was aimed at analyzing political aspects of human security from Ja’fari jurisprudence versus international human rights. The research method was inferential. With this regard, primarily the issue in the context of security studies was briefly argued. Afterwards, three substantial norms and components including the right of being chosen, freedom of opinion and right of active political participation as the major aspects of the political security have been debated. The results show that both views differ on the principle of acceptance of "the right to exercise and express political opinion, the right to choose and the right to be elected" as the most important propositions in the political security of individuals and other societies of political rights and freedoms.
