سازوکارهای تضمین آزادی در جامعه از منظر قرآن

هدف پژوهش حاضر واکاوی چگونگی تضمین آزادی سیاسی و حقوقی افراد، از منظر قرآن بود. یافته‌های این پژوهش که با رویکرد روش‌شناسی تفسیر سیاسی قرآن انجام شد، حاکی از آن است که  براساس تامل در قرآن و بامولفه‌های زیر می‌توان آزادی در جامعه را از منظر قرآن تضمین کرد: گسترش و ترویج  علم و آگاهی در بین مردم، عقل‌گرایی، تفکر و تدبر، نقد و انتقاد آگاهانه، هجرت مسئولانه، گفت‌وگوی پایدار در بین مردم و دولت با ملت. مولفه‌های  پنج‌گانه فوق، منظومه‌ای را شکل می‌دهد که با الهام از قرآن و نیازهای امروزین جامعه و تجربه‌های کسب شده بشری می‌توان نظریه تضمین آزادی را ارائه کرد.

The mechanism of freedom guarantee in society form Quran’s view point

This project is aimed at analyzing the mechanism of legal and political freedom guarantee for individuals from Quran’s perspective. The findings of this study, which were carried out using the methodological approach of political interpretation of the Qur’an, suggest that based on reflection on the Qur’an and the following elements, freedom in society can be guaranteed from the Qur’an’s perspective: Promoting science and awareness among the people, rationalism, thoughtfulness, conscious criticism, responsible emigration, sustainable dialogue between the people and the state with people. The above five components form a system that is inspired by the Qur’an and the needs of today’s society and human experience gained through the theory of guaranteeing freedom.
