ارائه مدلی برای بسترسازی صنعت 4.0 با تاکید بر نقش نوآوری باز

یکی از مشکلات بنیادی در عصر صنعت 4.0، عدم توجه به نوآوری باز در سازمان هاست. از مهمترین دلایل آن، نبود الگویی کارآمد در این حوزه می باشد. این پژوهش ابتدا شاخص ها و مولفه های موثر بر بسترسازی صنعت 4.0 همراه با نوآوری باز را به کمک روش فراترکیب شناسایی کرده است و سپس با روش پویایی سیستم، الگویی پویا برای بسترسازی صنعت 4.0 همراه با نوآوری باز در سازمان طراحی می‌کند. نتایج پژوهش، 38 شاخص و 9 مولفه اصلی را (نوآوری ورودی، نوآوری دوسویه، خلاقیت و نوآوری سازمان، تشخیص و افزایش آمادگی فناوری ها، ساختارمندی فناورانه صنعت 4.0 سازمان، ظرفیت جذب سازمان، عملکرد سازمان، بسیج منابع، منابع انسانی در صنعت 4.0 همراه با نوآوری باز) نشان می دهد. همچنین یافته‌های روش پویایی سیستم حاکی از آن است که با اجرای فرایند بسترسازی صنعت 4.0 با نقش نوآوری باز در سازمان ها، بهره وری و سود مالی سازمان، افزایش می یابند، اما هنگامی که فرایند نوآوری باز در صنعت 4.0 سازمان، پایین باشد، بهره وری، سود مالی و سهم بازار سازمان در آینده همراه با مسائلی خواهد بود.

providing a model for the foundation of industry 4.0 with the emphasis on the role of open innovation

one of the fundamental problems in the era of industry 4.0 is the lack of attention to open innovation in organizations. one of the most important reasons is the lack of an efficient model in this field. this research has firstly identified the indicators and components affecting the foundation of industry 4.0 along with open innovation with the help of meta-composite method, and then, with the system dynamics method, it designs a dynamic model for the foundation of industry 4.0 along with open innovation in the organization. the research results demonstrate 38 indicators and 9 main components (input innovation, two-way innovation, organization’s creativity and innovation, recognition and increasing the preparation of technologies, the technological structure of industry 4.0 organization, organization’s absorption capacity, organization’s performance, resource mobilization, human resources in industry 4.0 along with open innovation). as well as, the findings obtained from the dynamic model of the system explain that with the implementation of the industry 4.0 process with the role of open innovation in organizations, the productivity and financial profit of the organization will increase but when the open innovation process in the organization’s industry 4.0 is low, the productivity, financial profit and market share of the organization will be accompanied by difficulties in the future.
