بررسی موانع و مشکلات بانک‌‌های توسعه‌ای در مسیر توسعه کارآفرینی و اشتغال دانش‌بنیان با تاکید بر نقش بانک توسعه تعاون

در این پژوهش به بررسی موانع و مشکلات بانک‌ توسعه تعاون در مسیر توسعه کارآفرینی و اشتغال دانش‌بنیان پرداخته شده است. بدین منظور از روش تحقیق کیفی و ابزار مصاحبه نیمه‌ساختاریافته استفاده شده است. جامعه آماری عبارت است از همه ذی‌نفعان درونی و بیرونی بانک توسعه تعاون. از این میان تعداد 15 نفر به روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند. یافته‌ها در دو دسته کلی مشکلات کارآفرینیِ دانش‌بنیان و راهبردهای بانک توسعه در حمایت از کارآفرینیِ دانش‌بنیان قرار گرفتند. متناسب با یافته‌های پژوهش، مشکلات کارآفرینی دانش‌بنیان ناشی از علمکرد داخلی بانک توسعه تعاون و عوامل خارج از این بانک یا ناشی از عملکرد داخلی شرکت‌های دانش‌بنیان هستند. یافته‌ها همچنین نشان داد که بانک توسعه در حمایت از کارآفرینی دانش‌بنیان از طریق ایجاد راهبردهایی مانند ایجاد اعتماد اجتماعی، استفاده از ظرفیت پایگاهِ داده بزرگِ بانک، ایجاد پشتوانه مالی در تولید فضای نوآوری، استفاده از روش‌های متعدد تامین مالی، سرمایه‌گذاری مستقیم، مشاوره‌دهی به طرح‌های دانش‌بنیان، تعامل دوجانبه بانک با فضای کارآفرینی کشور، حمایت از سرمایه‌گذاری تغییرپذیر، خطرپذیر و پُر‌ریسک، حمایت از اجزاء اکوسیستم نوآوری و ایجاد ساختارهای جدید می‌تواند نقش‌آفرینی کند.

investigating the obstacles and problems of development banks in the path of developing entrepreneurship and knowledge-based employment with emphasis on the role of tose’e ta’avon bank

in this research, obstacles and problems of tose’e ta’avon bank in the development of entrepreneurship and knowledge-based employment have been investigated. for this purpose, qualitative research method and semi-structured in-depth interview tool have been used. the statistical population consists of all internal and external stakeholders of tose’e ta’avon bank.among them, 15 people were selected by purposeful sampling method. the findings were placed in two general categories of problems of knowledge-based entrepreneurship and the role of tose’e ta’avon bank in supporting knowledge-based entrepreneurship. according to the findings of the research, the problems of knowledge-based entrepreneurship are caused by the internal performance of tose’e ta’avon bank, factors outside this bank, or caused by the internal performance of knowledge-based companies. the findings also showed that the role of tose’e ta’avon bank in supporting knowledge-based entrepreneurship through creating strategies such as creating social trust, using the bank’s large database capacity, creating financial support in creating an innovation environment, using multiple methods of financing, direct investment, advising knowledge-based projects is the bank’s two-way interaction with the country’s entrepreneurial environment, supporting changeable, risky and high-risk investment, joining the global trend of supporting knowledge bases, supporting the components of the innovation ecosystem and creating new structures.
