از تداوم سمند ملی تا تسلای ایرانی: سناریوهای توسعه صنعت خودرو در ایران

در سال‌های اخیر تغییرات سریع و پر شدت فناوری و همچنین تغییرات مهم اقتصادی، اجتماعی، فرهنگی و فناورانه در صنعت خودرو و حمل‌ونقل، شرایط پیچیده‌ای برای بازیگران و ذی‌نفعان این حوزه ایجاد نموده است. جهت رویارویی با این پیچیدگی‌ها، پژوهش حاضر بر آن است تا عدم‌قطعیت‌های کلیدی را شناسایی و سناریوهای آینده صنعت خودرو درون‌شهری در افق زمانی 10 الی 15ساله را ارائه نماید. در پژوهش حاضر با استفاده از اطلاعات منتج از مصاحبه عمیق با خبرگان و فعالین حوزه، مرور مطالعات پیشین و بررسی شواهد و آمار و رویدادها، سناریوهای نهایی تدقیق شده است. یافته‌های پژوهش حاضر شامل 39 پیشران‌ مهم و 13 عدم‌قطعیت کلیدی و 2 عدم‌قطعیت بحرانی شامل سطح همکاری‌های بین‌المللی و فنّاوری‌های نوین و راهبردی در صنعت خودرو هستند. سپس بر اساس این دو عدم‌قطعیت بحرانی، چهار سناریو آذرخش پارسی، تسلای ایرانی، هیبرید فسیلی صادراتی و سمند ملی در صنعت خودرو شناسایی و تدقیق شدند.

in recent years, rapid and intense changes in technology, as well as important economic, social, cultural and technological changes in the automobile and transportation industry, have created complex conditions for actors and stakeholders in this field. in order to face these complexities, the present research aims to identify the key uncertainties and present the future scenarios of the inner-city car industry. in the present research, using the information obtained from in-depth interviews with experts and activists in the field, reviewing previous studies and examining evidence, statistics and events, the final scenarios have been refined. the findings of this research include 39 important drivers and 13 key uncertainties and 2 critical uncertainties including the level of international cooperation and new and strategic technologies in the automobile industry. then, based on these two critical uncertainties, four upcoming scenarios in the automobile industry were identified and verified.
