پویایی تغییرات سطح فناوری شرکت‌های فناور در پارک علم و فناوری یزد

پارک علم و فناوری یزد در جهت ایجاد، رشد و بقا شرکت‌های فناور بعنوان رسالت اصلی خود، همیشه بدنبال بهبود سیستم‌ها و ساختارهای خود بوده است. در این میان، یکی از ضرورت‌های پارک بهبود مکانیزم پذیرش، خروج و کمک به توسعه فناوری شرکت‌های فناور می‌باشد که این ضرورت با توجه به سرعت فزاینده تغییرات فناوری در جهان و فاصله فناوری شرکت‌های فناور مستقر در پارک یزد با آن دارای اهمیت بیش از پیش شده است. در این راستا پارک یزد بدنبال بررسی ساختار حاکم بر تغییرات سطح فناوری شرکت‌های فناور در جهت تعیین اثرگذاری آن و تحقق بهبود سیستمی است. لذا این مقاله با هدف درک پویایی تغییرات سطح فناوری شرکت‌های فناور در پارک علم و فناوری یزد تدوین شده است. بررسی این پویایی با استفاده از رویکرد پویایی شناسی سیستم‌ها انجام شده که شبیه‌سازی مدل نشان داد که رصد فناوری به تنهایی نه تنها شکاف فناوری را کاهش نمی‌دهد که با افزایش نرخ خروج شرکت‌ها، سبب افزایش شکاف می‌گردد. همچنین مدل نشان داد که وجود ارتباطات بین المللی قوی به همراه رصد فناوری، شکاف فناوری را از طریق نوآوری بنیادین کاهش می‌دهد.

Dynamics of Technology Changes in TechnologyBased Firms in Yazd Science and Technology Park

Yazd Science and Technology Park has always sought to improve its systems and structures to create, grow, and survive the technologybased firms (TBFs) as its main mission. Meanwhile, one of the necessities of the park is to improve the entrance, exit, and help to develop the technology of TBFs. This necessity has become more important due to the increasing speed of technological changes in the world and the distance between the environment technology level and TBFs technology level. In this regard, Yazd Park seeks to investigate the structure of technological change in TBFs to determine its effectiveness and achieve system improvement. Therefore, this paper is designed to understand the dynamics of technology level changes in TBFs in Yazd Science and Technology Park. The study of this dynamics was carried out using the system dynamics, which simulated the model, showed that technology monitoring not only does not reduce the technology gap but also increases it by increasing the exit rate of companies. The model also showed that the presence of strong international communications coupled with technology monitoring reduces the technology gap through fundamental innovation.
