شناسایی و دسته بندی چالش های تامین مالی شرکت‌های دانش‌بنیان در ایران

یکی از مولفه‌های بسیار تاثیرگذار در ارتقای عملکرد،رشد و توسعه شرکت‌های دانش‌بنیان، و در عین حال چالش و مانع اصلی در رشد و توسعه آنها محدودیت‌های منابع مالی می‌باشد. لذا پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی چالش‌های فرایتد تامین مالی شرکت‌های دانش‌بنیان در ایران انجام شده است که از نظر هدف کاربردی بوده و به روش آمیخته اکتشافی انجام شده است. مشارکت‌کنندگان بالقوه در بخش کیفی بازیگران مرتبط که به روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند و با رویکرد گلوله‌برفی انتخاب شده‌اند. جامعه آماری در بخش کمی نیز به روش تصادفی ساده انتخاب شده‌اند. داده‌های حاصله در بخش کیفی با استفاده از تحلیل مضمون و در بخش کمّی با استفاده از آزمون t مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند. روایی و پایایی نتایج در بخش کیفی با استفاده از رویکرد تطابق همگونی یافته‌ها و مورد ارزیابی و تایید قرار گرفتند. بر اساس نتایج پژوهش حاضر، ضعف‌های دانشی، سازمانی و حرفه‌ ای شرکت‌های دانش بنیان، ریسک گریزی و ضعف عملکردی صندوق‌های تامین مالی موجود، عدم اتصال این نوع شرکت ها به بنگاه های بزرگ به منظور استفاده از توان مالی، سرمایه گذاری و بازاریابی ، کمبودصندوق‌ها و بیمه‌های ضمانت اعتبار، ضعف‌های فرهنگ اجتماعی برای مشارکت و سرمایه گذاری و مسائل زیرساختی(سیاستی، قانونی، اجرایی و ..) از مهم‌ترین چالش‌های فراروی تامین مالی شرکت‌های دانش‌بنیان محسوب می‌شوند

Identifying and categorizing the financing challenges of new technolpgy Bassde Firms in Iran

One of the most important and effective components to improve the performance of knowledgebased companies is financial resourcing. The main obstacles in the growth and development of new technology Based Firms are limitations of financial resources and lack of access to sufficient financial resourcing at the right time in accordance with their growth and development. This study was conducted in order to identify financing challenges of new technolpgy Based Firms in Iran. Participants were knowledgebased companies. This is an applied research and the exploratory mixed method is used. Data were selected using purposeful sampling and by means of Snowball sampling method. The statistical population was new technolpgy Based Firms and Financing funds and Facilitating institutions and Politician which are selected by simple random sampling. The validity and reliability of the results in the qualitative part were evaluated and confirmed using the exploratory mixed method. The data were analyzed in the qualitative part by using the thematic analysis and they were analyzed in the quantitative part by using Ttest. Based on the results, organizational and professional weaknesses of knowledgebased companies, risk aversion and poor performance of existing financing funds, lack of funds and credit guarantee insurances, social and cultural weaknesses for partnership and investment, knowledgebased products market problems, infrastructure issues (political,legal, executive, etc.) are the most important financing challenges of knowledgebased companies.
