فراترکیب عوامل موثر بر تقویت روابط بین اعضای شبکه‌های همکاری علم و فناوری از نگاه نظریه سرمایه اجتماعی

یکی از شاخص‌های موفقیت شبکه‌ها، شکل‌گیری روابط و همکاری‌های پایدار بین اعضاء است. در واقع توجه به شبکه‌سازی نمایانگر این نکته است که همکاری بین اعضاء کلید اصلی عملکرد موفقیت‌آمیز اعضاء و کل شبکه است. بااین‌حال همکاری بین اعضای شبکه موضوعی پیچیده است که بررسی کامل آن نیازمند نگرشی جامع‌نگر است. یکی از نظریه‌هایی که می‌توان برای بررسی روابط بین اعضای شبکه مورد استفاده قرارداد نظریه سرمایه اجتماعی است. هدف پژوهش حاضر طراحی چارچوبی برای تحلیل روابط بین اعضای شبکه‌های رسمی همکاری علم و فناوری با استفاده از نظریه سرمایه اجتماعی است. برای انجام این پژوهش از روش مرور نظام‌مند استفاده شد و با جستجو در پایگاه wos چهل‌وچهار سند به‌عنوان اسناد معتبر شناسایی و با کمک روش فراترکیب، اسناد منتخب بررسی و کدگذاری گردید. نتایج پژوهش حاکی از وجود بیست‌وچهار زمینه فرعی در قالب سه زمینه اصلی (زمینه‌های رابطه‌ای، شناختی و ساختاری سرمایه اجتماعی) در بین مقالات است.

Meta synthesis of factors influencing strengthening the relationships among the members of S&T collaborative networks from the perspective of social capital theory

A major indicator of networks’ success is developing stable relationships and collaboration among the members. In fact, collaboration is the key to successful performance of members and the entire network. However, collaboration among the members of a network is a complex phenomenon requiring a comprehensive approach. A theory that can explain the relationships among the members of a network is Social Capital Theory. This research aims to develop a framework to analyze the relationships among the members of the formal collaborative networks of science and technology through the lens of Social Capital Theory. Using systematic review, 44 valid documents retrieved from WOS database, were selected, reviewed and codified using metasynthesis approach. In the synthesis process, three main dimensions of relational, cognitive and structural and 24 subdimensions were revealed.
