چکیده    In this paper, a two-dimensional time-fractional telegraph equation isconsidered with derivative in the sense of caputo and 1 < β < 2. the aimof this work is to extend the crank–nicolson method for this time-fractionaltelegraph equation. the stability and convergence of the numerical methodare investigated. also, the accuracy and efficiency of the proposed methodare demonstrated by numerical experiments.
