اثر عصاره‌های آبی و استونی برگ درخت گردو ایرانی (juglans regia) بر شاخص‌های رشد و بقا در میگوی سفید غربی (litopenaeus vannamei) در مقابله با باکتری ویبریو هاروی

هدف از تحقیق حاضر بررسی اثرات عصاره استونی و آبی برگ درخت گردو ایرانی بر عملکرد شاخص های رشد در میگوی سفید غربی litopenaeus vannamei بود. جهت انجام این پژوهش 40 روزه، شاخص های رشد و بازمانی میگوی سفید غربی در 10 تیمار مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. 6 تیمار که بعد از آلودگی با ویبریو هاروی vibrio hareyi is 01 pttc 1755 تحت تیمار kg / mg 100، 200و 300ﻋﺼﺎره آﺑﯽ ﺑﺮگ درﺧﺖ ﮔﺮدو اﯾﺮاﻧﯽ و 100، 200 mg/kg, 300ﻋﺼﺎره اﺳﺘﻮﻧﯽ ﺑﺮگ درﺧﺖ ﮔﺮدو اﯾﺮاﻧﯽ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻨﺪ. 2 ﺗﯿﻤﺎر ﮐﻨﺘﺮل ﻣﻨﻔﯽ ﺗﯿﻤﺎر ﺑﺪون درﯾﺎﻓﺖ ﻋﺼﺎره و 2ﺗﯿﻤﺎر ﮐﻨﺘﺮل ﻣﺜﺒﺖ ﺗﯿﻤﺎر درﯾﺎﻓﺖﮐﻨﻨﺪه ﺑﺎﮐﺘﺮی وﯾﺒﺮﯾﻮ ﻫﺎروی و ﺑﺪون درﺑﺎﻓﺖ ﻋﺼﺎره ﻧﯿﺰ ﺟﻬﺖ ﻣﻘﺎﯾﺴﻪ ﺗﻐﯿﯿﺮات رﺷﺪ و ﺑﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ در ﻧﻈﺮ ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ ﺷﺪ. ﺟﻬﺖ اﻧﺠﺎم اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ 480ﻋﺪد ﻣﯿﮕﻮی ﺳﻔﯿﺪ ﻏﺮﺑﯽ ﺑﺎ ﻣﺘﻮﺳﻂ وزن0/59 ± 11 ﮔﺮم ﮐﻪ ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از آزﻣﺎﯾﺶ pcrﻋﺎری از ﺑﯿﻤﺎری spf ﺗﺸﺨﯿﺺ داده ﺷﺪﻧﺪ در ﺗﺎﻧﮏﻫﺎی 300ﻟﯿﺘﺮ ﻧﮕﻬﺪاری ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ اﻓﺰودن ﻋﺼﺎرهﻫﺎ ﺑﻪﺻﻮرت ﻣﻌﻨﯽ داری ﺑﺎﻋﺚ اﻓﺰاﯾ ﺶ ﮐﺎراﯾﯽ ﭘﺮوﺗﺌﯿﻦ در ﮔﺮوهﻫﺎی ﺗﯿﻤﺎر ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ ﮔﺮوه ﮐﻨﺘﺮل ﻣﺜﺒﺖ ﺷﺪ 0/05≤ p . ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ ﺑﺮ ﺿﺮﯾﺐ ﺗﺒﺪﯾﻞ ﻣﻮاد ﻏﺬاﯾﯽ در روزﻫﺎی 20 و 40ﺗﺄﺛﯿﺮ ﻣﺜﺒﺖ ﮔﺬاﺷﺘﻪ اﺳﺖ 0/05≤ p و اﯾﻦ ﺗﺄﺛﯿﺮ در ﻋﺼﺎره اﺳﺘﻮﻧﯽ ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮ از ﻋﺼﺎره آﺑﯽ ﻣﯽ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ 0/05≤ p . دو ﺷﺎﺧﺺ وزن و ﻃﻮل در ﻋﺼﺎرهﻫﺎی آﺑﯽ و اﺳﺘﻮﻧﯽ ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ ﮔﺮوهﻫﺎی ﮐﻨﺘﺮل اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ ﻣﻌﻨﯽ داری را ﻧﺸﺎن دادﻧﺪ 0/05≤ p اﻣﺎ در ﺷﺎﺧﺺ ﻃﻮل ﮐﺎراﭘﺎس ﻫﯿﭻ ﮔﻮﻧﻪ ﺗﻔﺎوت ﻣﻌﻨﯽ داری در ﻣﯿﺎن ﺗﯿﻤﺎرﻫﺎ دﯾﺪه ﻧﺸﺪ 0/05≥p . در ﭘﺎﯾﺎن دو رهی ﻧﮕﻬﺪاری، ﺷﺎﺧﺺ ﺑﺎزﻣﺎﻧﺪﮔﯽ در ﺗﯿﻤﺎر 100 mg/kgﻋﺼﺎره آﺑﯽ و اﺳﺘﻮﻧﯽ ﺑﻪ ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ ﮔﺮوهﻫﺎی دﯾﮕﺮ و ﮐﻨﺘﺮل ﻣﺜﺒﺖ ﺑﺎﻻﺗﺮ ﺑﻮد 0/05≤ p . ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ اﻓﺰودن ﻋﺼﺎرهﻫﺎی اﺳﺘﻮﻧﯽ و آﺑﯽ ﺑﺮگ ﮔﺮدوی اﯾﺮاﻧﯽ ﺑﻪﺻﻮرت ﻣﻌﻨﯽ داری ﺑﺎﻋﺚ اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ ﮐﺎراﯾﯽ ﭘﺮوﺗﺌﯿﻦ، ﺷﺎﺧﺺ ﺗﺒﺪﯾﻞ ﻣﻮاد ﻏﺬاﯾﯽ، ﺷﺎﺧﺺ وزن، ﻃﻮل و ﺷﺎﺧﺺ ﺑﺎزﻣﺎﻧﺪﮔﯽ ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ و ﺑﺎﻻﺗﺮﯾﻦ ﺑﻬﺒﻮد رﺷﺪ در ﺷﺮاﯾﻂ ﻣﻘﺎﺑﻠﻪ ﺑﺎ ﺑﺎﮐﺘﺮی در ﺗﯿﻤﺎر mg/kg 300ﻋﺼﺎره آﺑﯽ و اﺳﺘﻮﻧﯽ ﺑﺮگ درﺧﺖ ﮔﺮدو اﯾﺮاﻧﯽ اﻧﺪازهﮔﯿﺮی ﺷﺪ

study of the effect of estonian and aqueous extract of persian walnut tree leaf (juglans regia) on growth indicators in western white shrimp farmed (litopenaeus vannamei)

the aim of this study was to investigate the effects of estonian and aqueous extracts of persian walnut leaves on the performance of growth indices in western white shrimp litopenaeus vannamei . materials and methods included 6 treatments of shrimp with different concentrations of 100, 200 and 300 mg/kg aqueous and estonian extracts of persian walnut leaves in the diet and 2 negative control treatments and 2 positive control treatments were randomly tested over a period of 40 days. they got biometrics of stored shrimp were measured for the performance of growth indices.the results showed that the addition of extracts significantly increased protein efficiency in the treatment groups compared to the positive control group p≥0.05 . addition of aqueous and estonian extracts of persian walnut leaves to the diet showed that the extracts had a positive effect on food conversion index on days 20 and 40 of the study p≥0.05 ; and this effect is more in estonian extract than aqueous extract p ≥ 0.05 . the results showed that in the two indices of weight and length in aqueous and estonian extracts compared to the control groups showed a significant increase p ≥ 0.05 but no significant difference was observed in the carapace length index among all treatments p ≥ . in the survival index, studies show that at the end of day 11, aqueous and estonian extracts of 100 mg / kg had a significant positive control compared to the other groups, which shows that these extracts caused more survival of shrimp p≥0.05 .
