اثر سطوح مختلف فوکوییدان (marivet) جیره بر عملکرد رشد، ترکیب لاشه و شاخص‌های بیوشیمیایی خون ماهی قزل‌آلای رنگین‌کمان (mykiss onchorhynchus)

فوکوییدان یک هتروپلی ساکارید محلول در آب است که در دیواره سلولی جلبک های قهوه ای و برخی بی مهره گان یافت می شود. در این تحقیق این هتروپلی ساکارید با هدف بهبود رشد، ترکیب بدن و شاخص های بیوشیمیایی خون به جیره ماهی قزل آلای رنگین کمان اضافه گردید. بچه ماهیان دارای میانگین وزنی0.70±18.74 گرم بودند. آزمایش شامل سطوح صفر (شاهد)، 1.0، 0.5، 1 و 2 درصد فوکوییدان در هر کیلوگرم جیره در قالب پنچ تیمار با سه تکرار در تانک های 100 لیتری با تراکم 10 عدد در هر تانک انجام شد. بر اساس نتایج، بیش ترین وزن نهایی، نرخ رشد ویژه و درصد افزایش وزن بدن به تیمار 2 درصد تعلق داشت (p<0/05 ). بیش ترین فاکتور وضعیت و شاخص احشایی در گروه شاهد، مشاهده شد (p<0/05 ). میزان چربی و رطوبت در تیمار 0.5 درصد فوکوییدان نسبت به گروه شاهد، دارای تفاوت معنی داری بود (p<0/05 ). بیش ترین میزان پروتئین تام و hdl در تیمار 1.0 (p<0/05 ) مشاهده شد و گروه شاهد بیش ترین میزان ldl را نشان داد (p<0/05 بر اساس نتایج این تحقیق فوکوییدان در دوز، 2 درصد سبب بهبود عملکرد رشد و در دوز 1.0 درصد می تواند اثرات مثبتی بر فاکتور های بیوشیمیایی خونی بگذارد. اما با توجه به اینکه فوکوییدان ماده ای با خاصیت تحریک کنندگی سیستم ایمنی بوده و همچنین اثرات مثبتی بر فاکتورهای خونی داشته، پیشنهاد می گردد در دوز 1.0 درصد در جیره این ماهی استفاده گردد.

Effects of fucoidan (MariVet) on growth performance, blood biochemical factors and body composition in rainbow trout, (Oncorhynchus mykiss)

Fucoidan, watersoluble hetero polysaccharide that contains fucose and sulfate groups which found in the cellular wall of brown algae which in this study, the effects of its various levels on growth performance, body composition and blood biochemical factors in rainbow trout, with mean weight of 74.8 ± 70 for 8 weeks were investigated. The experiments consisted of 0 (control), 0.1, 0.5, 1 and 2% of fucoidan per kg of diet in the form of five treatments, three replications were performed in 100 liters tanks. Based on the findings of this study, the highest final weight, specific growth rate and body weight gain percentage were observed in treatment 2% F, which had a significant difference with other groups (P>0.05). The highest condition factor (CF) and visceral somatic index (VSI) were observed in control, which had a significant difference with other treatments (P<0.05). There was a significant difference in amount of fat and moisture in the treatment of 0.5% fucoidan compared to the control group (P>0.05). The highest total protein and HDL were observed in 0.1% concentration of fucoidan (P>0.05) and the control group showed the highest LDL (P>0.05). Based on the results of this study, it is suggested that high dose fucoidans improve the growth performance and at low doses, they can have positive effects on blood biochemical factors.
