بررسی وضعیت اشتغال دانش آموختگان رشته مهندسی بهداشت حرفه ای و ایمنی کار دانشگاه علوم پزشکی و خدمات بهداشتی درمانی کاشان

مقدمه: از آنجایی که استخدام دانش آموختگان برای کشورها از اهمیت بالایی برخوردار است، هدف از این مطالعه بررسی وضعیت استخدامی دانش آموختگان رشته مهندسی ایمنی و بهداشت حرفه ای از دانشگاه علوم پزشکی کاشان از زمان تاسیس رشته در سال 1375 تا سال 1402 می باشد.روش کار: مطالعه مقطعی حاضر در سال 1402 انجام شد و وضعیت استخدامی دانش آموختگان را با استفاده از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بررسی کرد. این پرسشنامه شامل مشخصات دموگرافیک، 5 سوال برای افراد بیکار و 60 سوال برای افراد شاغل بود. تجزیه و تحلیل نتایج با استفاده از نرم افزار spss v16 انجام شد. یافته ها: 229 دانش آموخته در این مطالعه شرکت کردند. نتایج فراوانی افراد شاغل و بیکار در این پژوهش نشان داد که 198 نفر (86.5 درصد) شاغل و 31 نفر (13.5 درصد) در زمان مطالعه بیکار بوده اند. اکثر شرکت کنندگان شاغل، 46 درصد (90 نفر) در بخش صنعت و معدن کار می کنند. بررسی اثربخشی دوره آموزشی مشمولان شاغل در شغل مورد نظر نشان داد که 88 نفر (44.4 درصد) بر این باورند که موضوع دروس تدریس شده با نیازهای کاری در حد متوسط سازگار است. نتیجه گیری: نتایج نشان داد که این رشته تحصیلی از نظر شغلی مناسب بوده و احتمال شاغل شدن دانش آموختگان آن بالاست. از طرفی به دلیل رشد صنعت در ایران امید است در آینده نیز روند نیاز به مهندس بهداشت حرفه ای افزایش یابد. با پیشرفت صنایع و گسترش تولید، نیاز به کنترل عوامل زیان آور و ارتقای سلامت کارگران بیش از پیش دیده می شود و این امر باعث می شود دانش آموختگان این رشته در آینده موقعیت شغلی مناسبی داشته باشند. از سوی دیگر، شرایط تحصیلی باید از نظر کیفیت برنامه های آموزشی و درسی دانشگاه ارتقا یابد. 

evaluating the employment status of the occupational health and safety engineering graduated at kashan university of medical sciences

introduction: given the importance of the employment status of graduates for countries, the current study aims to investigate the employment status of occupational health and safety engineering (ohs) graduates from kashan university of medical sciences (kaums), from the establishment of the field in 1996 up until 2023material and methods: the cross-sectional study examined the employment status of ohs graduates of kaums using a researcher-developed google form questionnaire. the questionnaire included demographic characteristics, five questions for unemployed individuals, and 60 questions for employed individuals. finally, descriptive and analytical analyses of the study were performed using spss v16 software. results: a total of 229 graduates participated in this study. the results regarding the frequency of employed and unemployed participants showed that 198 (86.5%) participants were employed, and 31 (13.5%) were unemployed at the time of the study. most employed participants (46%, or 90 individuals) work in the industry and mining sector. evaluating the effectiveness of the educational course of employed participants in relation to their jobs revealed that 88 participants (44.4%) believe that the subjects taught in the courses are moderately compatible with work needs. conclusion: with the advancement of industries and the expansion of production, the need to control harmful factors and improve workers’ health is more evident than ever before, making it likely that graduates of this field will have favorable job prospects in the future. on the other hand, the academic conditions should be improved, particularly regarding the quality of the educational and curriculum programs of kaums.
