تحلیل نیاز های آموزشی کشاورزان در زمینه بهداشت حرفه ای

مقدمه: توسعه و اجرای برنامه آموزشی ایمنی موثر برای به حداقل رساندن خطرات در مزرعه، مهمترین فعالیتی است که می توان برای ارتقاء سطح ایمنی در میان کشاورزان انجام داد. اما این برنامه نیاز به انجام ارزیابی نیازهای آموزشی دارد، بنابراین مطالعه حاضر به منظور تجزیه و تحلیل نیازهای آموزشی کشاورزان در زمینه بهداشت حرفه ای کشاورزی طراحی شده است.روش کار: این مطالعه کمی و به روش پیمایشی انجام پذیرفت. جامعه آماری تحقیق کشاورزان شهر ماهیدشت واقع در استان کرمانشاه بوده که حجم نمونه 140 خانوار تعیین گردید و به صورت تصادفی ساده مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. ابزار تحقیق پرسشنامه بود که روایی ابزار با نظر متخصصان و پایایی آن با استفاده از مطالعه راهنما و محاسبه ضریب آلفای کرونباخ تایید گردید. برای آنالیز داده ها از نرم افزار spss/16 و آزمون های آماری مناسب بهره گرفته شد. یافته ها: یافته ها نشان داد که نیاز های آموزشی کشاورزان مورد مطالعه در زمینه بهداشت حرفه ای کشاورزی، به ترتیب شامل نحوه مواجهه با سر و صدای محیط کار، مواجهه با گرد و غبار در مزارع، مسائل ارگونومیک، رعایت اصول حفاظتی و بهداشتی در سم پاشی، رعایت ایمنی در کار با تراکتور و ماشین آلات کشاورزی می باشد. نتیجه گیری: خطرات شغل کشاورزی از یک سو و از سوی دیگر عدم ارائه آموزش های مناسب و پوشش اندک آموزش های انجام شده و همچنین نارضایتی کشاورزان، بر لزوم اجرای آموزش های صحیح و منطبق بر اصول نیاز سنجی در منطقه مورد مطالعه تاکید دارد. در این زمینه با توجه نمرات دانش و رفتار بهداشت حرفه ای کشاورزان مورد مطالعه، آن ها نیازمند به دریافت آموزش در اکثر زمینه های بهداشتی هستند. در این بین مراقبت در مواجهه با خطرات محیطی (نور خورشید و صدا، گرد و غبار در مزارع)، مسائل ارگونومیک، مصرف صحیح و ایمن نهاده های شیمیایی و رعایت اصول ایمنی در کار با ماشین آلات کشاورزی در اولویت می باشد.

Educational needs assessment among farmers in occupational health fields

Introduction: The development and implementation of effective safety educational program for minimizing hazards in a farm, is the most important activity that can be done to improve safety level there. This program, however, requires to needs assessment process. So, the present study was designed to analyze of the educational needs of farmers in the field of agricultural occupational health.Material and Methods: This quantitative study was conducted with a survey method. Statistical population consisted of farmers in Mahidasht County, Kermanshah Province, Iran (N =213), where 140 farmers was selected as sample by simple random sampling method and base on Krejcie Morgan table. Research instrument was research made questionnaire that its validity confirmed by a panel of experts and the reliability was confirmed through a pilot study and calculation of Cronbach rsquo;s alpha coefficient. SPSS/16 software was used for data analysis.Results: Findings showed that educations in the field of occupational health were done neither sufficient nor according to the principles. Educational needs identified in the area included exposure to noise, exposure to dust, ergonomic issues, compliance with hygiene and protection principles in spraying, individual protection in working with tractors and other machinery.Conclusion: Dangers of farming in one hand and the lack of appropriate education and the farmers rsquo; dissatisfaction in the other hand, has highlighted the necessity of implementing correct eductional programs according to needs assessment principles in Mahidasht County. In this regard, considering the knowledge and occupational health behaviors of the studied farmers, they need to receive education in most areas of health, among which, environmental hazards (sun and noise, dust on farms), ergonomic issues, proper and safe use of chemical input and adherence to safety principles in working with agricultural machinery are considered priorities.
