بازطراحی معابر مجتمع مسکونی شهرک اکباتان با تاکید بر ارتقای ایمنی عابران پیاده

زمینه وهدف: وجود ایمنی در پیاده‌روها، سبب رونق حیات اجتماعی می‌شود و به‌ عنوان یکی از عرصه‌های جمعی، مورد توجه شهروندان است. به‌این‌ترتیب می‌توان گفت که طراحی مسیرهای پیاده باهدف ایمنی عابران پیاده، حفاظت از بافت، رونق بخشیدن به صنعت گردشگری، کنترل منطقی توسعه شهری و به تحقق رساندن اهداف جانبی دیگر، به‌عنوان یکی از مهم‌ترین اقدامات و مداخلات در بافت شهری به شمار می‌رود.روش: تحقیق از نظر هدف کاربردی است و از نظر روش پژوهش درزمینه مباحث نظری از روش تحلیلی و توصیفی مبتنی بر اطلاعات ارائه‌شده در اسناد و مدارک کتابخانه‌ای سازمان‌های مختلف و مطالعات طرح‌های جامع استفاده‌ می شود. مکان مورد مطالعه، پیاده روهای شهرک اکباتان تهران می باشد و جامعه مورد مطالعه شهرک نشینان و عموم افرادی که از بوستان ها، فضای سبز و پیاده روهای شهرک اکباتان استفاده می کنند. برای تحلیل اطلاعات از جدول سواتswot  و گزینه های پیشنهادی در پیاده روهای شهرک اکباتان استفاده می شود.یافته ها: نشان می دهد که افزایش مبلمان شهری و بهبود وضعیت نورپردازی، ایجاد پیاده راه ها و بهبود وضعیت پیاده راه های موجود و ایجاد مسیرهای دوچرخه سواری در افزایش ایمنی عابرین پیاده در شهر اکباتان تاثیرگذار است.نتیجه گیری: شاخص های مرتبط با عامل وضعیت ایمنی مانند میزان ایمنی در ارتباط با جرم و جنایت، ایمنی زنان و کودکان، وضعیت روشنایی معابر و میزان تراکم و ازدحام جمعیت عابرین پیاده، اولویت های نخست مداخله در شهرک اکباتان است. 

redesigning the streets of the residential complex of ekbatan with an emphasis on improving pedestrian safety

background and objective: the existence of safety on sidewalks promotes social life and, as one of the collective areas, is of interest to citizens. thus, it can be said that the design of pedestrian paths with the aim of pedestrian safety, protecting the texture, boosting the tourism industry, rationally controlling urban development, and achieving other secondary goals is considered one of the most important measures and interventions in the urban texture.method: the research is applied in terms of purpose, and in terms of research method, an analytical and descriptive method based on information provided in library documents of various organizations and comprehensive plan studies is used in the context of theoretical discussions. the study site is the sidewalks of ekbatan township in tehran, and the study population is the residents and the general public who use the gardens, green spaces, parks, and sidewalks of ekbatan township. the swot table and the proposed options for the sidewalks of ekbatan township are used to analyze the information.findings: it shows that increasing urban furniture and improving lighting conditions, creating sidewalks and improving the condition of existing sidewalks, and creating bicycle paths are effective in increasing pedestrian safety in the city of ekbatan.conclusion: indicators related to the safety status factor, such as the level of safety in relation to crime and crime, the safety of women and children, the lighting status of the streets, and the density and crowding of the pedestrian population, are the first priorities for intervention in the ekbatan .
