عوامل موثر بر تمایل استفاده شهروندان از مترو شهر تهران

زمینه و هدف: در میان سامانه‌های حمل‌ونقل عمومی شهری، استفاده از سامانه‌های ریلی مثل مترو نقش ویژه‌ای در کاهش آلاینده‌های زیست‌محیطی و صرفه‌جویی در مصرف سوخت، کاهش ترافیک و مدیریت زمان دارد. این پژوهش در پی آن است تا عوامل موثر بر تمایل به استفاده از مترو در شهر تهران را شناسایی کرده و مورد تجزیه‌وتحلیل قرار دهد.روش: تحقیق حاضر ازلحاظ نوع، کاربردی، ازنظر روش، توصیفی- کاربردی، ازلحاظ استراتژی، همبستگی و ازنظر اجرا، پیمایشی است. این پژوهش از طریق مطالعات کتابخانه‌ای، پرسش‌نامه جمع‌بندی گردیده و در انجام آن از آمار توصیفی و استنباطی استفاده‌شده است. در این پژوهش یک پرسش‌نامه 20 سوالی طراحی و بین 369 نفر از مسافران مترو که با مراجعه حضوری محقق در ایستگاه‌های مترو (هر خط پنج ایستگاه در مجموع 35 ایستگاه) به‌صورت تصادفی ساده انتخاب و در ابتدا از آن‌ها تعداد سفر در هفته و سال‌های استفاده از مترو پرسیده شد و درصورتی‌که بیش از دو بار در هفته در دو سال اخیر از مترو استفاده کرده بودند از آن‌ها خواسته شد تا به سوالات پرسش نامه پاسخ دهند. در بخش آمار استنباطی آزمون کلموگروف-اسمیرنوف به‌منظور تعیین نرمال بودن توزیع داده‌ها و آزمون همبستگی پیرسون استفاده‌شده است. ضمناً کلیه محاسبات از طریق بسته نرم‌افزاری spss صورت گرفته است.یافته‌ها: برابر نتایج به‌دست‌آمده تاثیر متغیرهای ساختاری، مدیریتی و اجرایی بر تمایل استفاده از مترو در سطح 99 درصد اطمینان معنادار شده‌اند، بنابراین، می‌توان گفت: بین تمایل به استفاده از مترو و متغیرهای عوامل مدیریتی، ساختاری و اجرایی ارتباط معنادار و مستقیمی وجود دارد.نتیجه‌گیری: تحقیق حاضر در پی بررسی یکی از مهم‌ترین مسائل سیستم حمل‌ونقل همگانی شهر تهران، یعنی مترو است که در صورت برنامه‌ریزی و مدیریت موثر می‌تواند حجم بالائی از مسافرین را در شهر تهران جابه جا نموده و باعث کاهش حجم ترافیک معابر گردد. از نتایج این پژوهش با اولویت‌بندی به‌دست‌آمده از آزمون فریدمن، به ترتیب عوامل ساختاری، اجرایی و مدیریتی از اهمیت زیادی در تمایل به استفاده مردم از مترو در شهر تهران موثر هستند. 

factors influencing citizens' willingness to use the tehran metro

background and objective: among urban public transportation systems, rail systems such as subways play a vital role in reducing environmental pollutants, saving fuel, decreasing traffic congestion, and managing time. this study aims to identify and analyze the factors influencing the willingness to use the metro system in tehran.method: this research is applied in nature, descriptive-applied in method, correlational in strategy, and survey-based in implementation. the study was conducted using library research and questionnaires, and both descriptive and inferential statistics were employed. a 20-item questionnaire was designed and distributed among 369 metro passengers who were randomly selected by the researcher at metro stations (five stations per line, totaling 35 stations). initially, passengers were asked about their weekly travel frequency and years of metro usage; only those who had used the metro more than twice a week over the past two years were asked to complete the questionnaire. in the inferential statistics section, the kolmogorov–smirnov test was used to determine the normality of data distribution, and the pearson correlation test was employed. all calculations were carried out using spss software.findings: the results indicated that the influence of structural, managerial, and operational variables on the willingness to use the metro is statistically significant at the 99% confidence level. therefore, it can be stated that there is a significant and direct relationship between the willingness to use the metro and the managerial, structural, and operational factors.results: this study seeks to examine one of the most critical issues in tehran’s public transportation system—namely, the metro. with effective planning and management, the metro can handle a large volume of passengers in tehran and help reduce road traffic congestion. according to the results of the friedman test, structural, operational, and managerial factors, respectively, play the most significant roles in influencing the public’s willingness to use the metro system in tehran.
