الزامات هوشمندسازی آموزش افسران راهور

زمینه و هدف: استفاده از نیروی انسانی متخصص و حرفه‌ای از مهم‌ترین مولفه‌های اثرگذار توسعه و پیشرفت سازمان است؛ درگذر از عصر صنعتی به عصر دانش (فرا صنعتی) پلیس راهور فراجا با برخورداری از آموزش هوشمند خواهد توانست موقعیت خود را با رقابت پایدار ارتقا دهد؛ بنابراین هدف این پژوهش، تعیین الزامات هوشمند سازی آموزش افسران پلیس راهور است.روش: تحقیق حاضر ازنظر هدف، کاربردی و ازنظر روش، آمیخته از نوع اکتشافی است. جامعه آماری در بخش کیفی، مصاحبه اکتشافی با خبرگان معاونت‌های آموزش دانشگاه علوم انتظامی، اساتید دانشکده علوم و فنون پلیس راهور فراجا، خبرگان ستاد پلیس راهور فراجا و مدیران فنی آموزش که شناخت کافی از روند تربیت و آموزش افسران راهنمایی و رانندگی داشتند به روش نمونه‌گیری قضاوتی هدفمند انتخاب شدند. نمونه‌گیری در بخش کمّی نیز جامعه آماری کارشناسان آموزش مستقر در معاونت‌های آموزش پلیس راهور مراکز استان‌های سراسر کشور به روش تصادفی طبقه‌ای بود. برای تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها در بخش کیفی از روش تحلیل تم با استفاده از نرم‌افزار maxqda2020 و در بخش کمّی برای اعتبارسنجی مدل حاصل از بخش کیفی به روش مدل یابی معادلات ساختاری با استفاده از نرم‌افزار تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی smart pls3  مورد تجزیه‌وتحلیل قرار گرفت.یافته‌ها: ابعاد هوشمند سازی آموزش شامل بعد مدیریتی و قانونی با مقدار 279/34، بعد فناوری و زیرساخت با مقدار 779/32 و بعد برنامه‌های آموزشی با مقدار 375/9 بوده که بیشترین تاثیر مربوط به بعد مدیریتی و قانونی و کمترین تاثیر مربوط به بعد برنامه‌های آموزشی در الگوی الزامات هوشمند سازی آموزش افسران پلیس راهور بود. از طرف دیگر بارهای عاملی احصائی همگی بیشتر از 5/0 بوده که در سطح 95/0 معنی‌دار هستند. نتایج: تعیین الزامات هوشمند سازی آموزش افسران راهور نقشه راه هوشمند سازی آموزش را مشخص و هموار کرده و در صورت تامین الزامات احصائی بهبود کیفیت آموزش و درنتیجه ارتقای کارایی افسران مربوطه را در پی داشته و می‌تواند به رضایت‌مندی بیشتر کاربران ترافیک منجر شود؛ بنابراین می‌بایست هوشمند سازی زیربنای برنامه‌های آموزشی افسران پلیس راهور فراجا قرار گیرد.

requirements for smart training of traffic police officers

abstractbackground and objective: the use of specialized and professional human resources is one of the most important factors influencing the development and progress of an organization; in the transition from the industrial age to the knowledge age (post-industrial), the iri traffic police will be able to improve its position with sustainable competition by having smart training; therefore, the purpose of this research is to determine the requirements for making the training of traffic police officers smart.method: the present study is applied in terms of purpose and mixed in terms of method, exploratory. the statistical population in the qualitative section was selected through exploratory interviews with experts from the education departments of the university of law enforcement sciences, professors from the faculty of science and technology of irip traffic police, experts from the iri traffic police headquarters, and technical education managers who had sufficient knowledge of the process of training and educating traffic officers using purposive judgment sampling. the sampling in the quantitative section was the statistical population of training experts stationed in traffic police training departments in provincial centers across the country, using a stratified random method. for data analysis, the qualitative part was analyzed using the theme analysis method using maxqda2020 software, and for the quantitative part, to validate the model obtained from the qualitative part, it was analyzed using the structural equation modeling method using the smart pls3 exploratory factor analysis software.findings: the dimensions of intelligent education included the managerial and legal dimension with a value of 34/279, the technology and infrastructure dimension with a value of 32/779, and the educational programs dimension with a value of 9/375, with the highest impact related to the managerial and legal dimension and the lowest impact related to the educational programs dimension in the model of requirements for intelligent education of traffic police officers. on the other hand, the statistical factor loadings were all greater than 0/5, which are significant at the 0/95 level.results: determining the requirements for smart education for traffic officers will clarify and pave the road map for smart education, and if the statistical requirements are met, it will improve the quality of education and, as a result, improve the efficiency of the relevant officers, which can lead to greater satisfaction of traffic users; therefore, smart education should be the foundation of the training programs for traffic police officers in iripf.
