الگوی آموزش رانندگی در ایران «مدل نهایی شده حین اخذ گواهینامه»

زمینه و هدف: در دنیای امروز، ترافیک به یکی از مسائل مهم و پیچیده تبدیل شده است. در سال‌های اخیر، آموزش ترافیکی به یکی از دغدغه‌های اصلی کشورهای پیشرفته تبدیل شده است و اتخاذ اقداماتی برای ارتقای دانش در حوزه بررسی عوامل تصادفات در راه ها، سه عامل اصلی شامل راه، خودرو و راننده به طور مداوم در نظر گرفته می‌شوند. بنابراین هدف اصلی این پژوهش، الگوی آموزش رانندگی در ایران «مدل نهایی شده حین اخذ گواهینامه» می باشد.روش: این پژوهش از نوع کاربردی و روش تحقیق، آمیخته (کیفی و کمّی) است. جامعه آماری تحقیق، نخبگان و صاحب‌ نظران آموزشی، تربیتی، روان شناسی و آموزشی راهور هستند. ابزار گرد آوری داده ها، در مرحله «کیفی»، به صورت هدفمند و از طریق مصاحبه عمیق با طرح سوالات نیمه ساختاریافته با خبرگان و صاحب نظران، الگوی آموزش رانندگی حین اخذ گواهینامه در ایران را مورد مطالعه و بررسی قرار داده و در مرحله «کمّی» تحقیق، با روش «پیمایشی» و با استفاده از ابزار پرسش‌نامه، داده ها را جمع آوری نموده است.یافته ها: یافته این پژوهش در بخش کیفی شامل، آموزش ، درک خطر، ارتقای مهارت دانشی و عملی و آموزش های کلی و عمومی بوده و در بخش کمّی، بار عاملی محاسبه شده برای هریک از مولفه های الگوی آموزش رانندگی در ایران حین اخذ گواهینامه، با اطمینان 95 درصد معنی داری را نشان می دهد. به همین ترتیب شاخص‌های شناسایی شده در بخش کیفی به جز شاخص، اضافه نمودن یک واحد به بخش صدور گواهینامه تحت عنوان «واحد درک خطر رانندگی» معتبر و معنادار ارزیابی شده است.نتیجه گیری: با توجه به مولفه های آموزش های عمومی و کلی و درک خطر و آزمون ها و ارتقای مهارت های دانشی و ارتقای مهارت های عملی، پلیس راهور  می تواند، با آموزش اجباری درک خطر، نسبت به برنامه ریزی آموزشی و اخذ آزمون های حرفه ای و هوشمند در راستای ارتقای مهارت دانشی و عملی متقاضیان اخذ گواهینامه رانندگی  اقدام کند. 

driving training model in iran: finalized model during license acquisition

background and objective: in today's world, traffic has become one of the most important and complex issues. in recent years, traffic education has become one of the main concerns of developed countries and taking measures to improve knowledge in the field of investigating the causes of road accidents, the three main factors including road, vehicle and driver are constantly considered. therefore, the main purpose of this research is the driving education model in iran finalized model during obtaining a license.method: this research is of an applied type and the research method is mixed (qualitative and quantitative). the statistical population of the research is educational, psychological, and training elites and experts in iri traffic police.the data collection tool, in the qualitative stage, studied and examined the driving training model during license acquisition in iran in a targeted manner through in-depth interviews with semi-structured questions with experts and scholars, and in the quantitative stage of the research, the data was collected through a survey method and using a questionnaire.findings: the findings of this study in the qualitative section include education, risk perception, improving knowledge and practical skills, and general and general training. in the quantitative section, the factor loading calculated for each component of the driving education model in iran during obtaining a license shows significance with a 95% confidence level.similarly, the indicators identified in the qualitative section, except for the indicator of adding a unit to the licensing section under the title driving risk perception unit, have been assessed as valid and meaningful.results: considering the components of general and general education, risk perception, tests, and improvement of knowledge skills and improvement of practical skills, the traffic police can, through mandatory risk perception training, plan training and take professional and intelligent tests in order to improve the knowledge and practical skills of applicants for a driver's license.
