آسیب شناسی احراز اصالت وسایل نقلیه

زمینه و هدف: تشخیص اصالت وسایل نقلیه یکی از موضوعات مورد تاکید کارشناسان واحدهای شماره گذاری و تعویض پلاک بوده و دلایل مختلفی ممکن است موجب تغییر اصالت وسایل نقلیه شده که در مواردی این تغییرات اجتناب ناپذیر بوده و در بعضی موارد هم با توجه به قوانین کشور تغییرات در ارکان وسایل نقلیه از مصادیق جرم بوده و قانونگذار برای آن مجازات کرده است. هدف از پژوهش حاضر شناسایی آسیب‌های احراز اصالت وسایل نقلیه می‌باشد.روش: این تحقیق از نظر هدف کاربردی از نظر روش آمیخته از نوع اکتشافی است. جامعه آماری در بخش کیفی، مصاحبه با خبرگان ستاد پلیس راهور به روش نمونه گیری هدفمند و در بخش کمی جامعه آماری کارشناسان شماره گذاری استان تهران به روش طبقه‌ای بود. بخش کیفی از روش تحلیل تم با استفاده از نرم افزار maxqda2020 و در بخش‌کمی ازتحلیل عاملی تاییدی و برای اعتبارسنجی مدل حاصل از بخش کیفی به روش مدل‌یابی‌معادلات ساختاری با استفاده از نرم افزار تحلیل عاملی تاییدیpls3 smart بهره‌برداری شد.یافته‌ها: بیشترین تاثیر آسیب‌شناسی احراز اصالت وسایل‌نقلیه در بخش کمی مربوط به بٌعد آسیب‌های رفتاری با مقدار24.361، و سپس مربوط به بٌعد آسیب‌های زمینه ای با مقدار17.753، درنهایت کمترین تاثیر مربوط به بٌعد آسیب‌های ساختاری با مقدار4.641 در الگوی آسیب‌شناسی احراز اصالت وسایل‌نقلیه می‌باشد. نتایج: با افزایش تعداد وسایل نقلیه و پیشرفت علم و فن‌آوری، لزوم شناخت آسیب‌های احراز اصالت وسایل نقلیه و کنترل و نظارت بر عملکرد رانندگان و مالکین وسایل نقلیه با استفاده از تجهیزات تخصصی در حوزه احراز اصالت اجتناب ناپذیر شده است.

background and purpose: identifying authenticity of vehicles one of the issues emphasized by the experts of numbering and plate changing units, and various reasons may change the authenticity of vehicles, which is unavoidable in some cases, and some cases, according to the laws of the country. changes components of vehicles are examples crime and legislator has punished for. purpose current research is to identify damage of verifying authenticity vehicles.method: this research is an exploratory mixed method in terms practical purpose. in qualitative part, the statistical population was interviews with the experts of traffic police headquarters using a purposeful sampling method, and quantitative part, statistical population was based numbering experts of tehran province using a stratified method. qualitative part of the theme analysis method was used using maxqda2020 software quantitative part, confirmatory factor analysis was used, validate model obtained from the qualitative part, structural equation modeling was used using pls3 smart confirmatory factor analysis software.findings: greatest effect of vehicle authentication pathology quantitative section related to the dimension of behavioral injuries with a value of 24.361, and then related to dimension of contextual injuries with a value of 17.753, finally, the least impact is related to dimension structural damage with a value of 4.641 is in results: with the increase in the number of vehicles and the progress science and technology, need to recognize the damage of authenticating vehicles control and monitor performance of drivers and owners of vehicles using specialized equipment in field of authenticating has become inevitable.
