شناسایی عوامل موثر بر تصادفات خودروهای حامل کالای قاچاق

زمینه و هدف: رانندگان خودروهای (شوتی) سالیانه باعث مرگ و میر تعداد زیادی از افراد جامعه می شود. هدف از این پژوهش، شناسایی عوامل موثر بر تصادفات خودروهای حامل کالای قاچاق (شوتی) و ارائه راه کارهای کاربردی می باشد.روش: این پژوهش از نوع مطالعات آمیخته به شمار می رود. در بخش کمّی از آمار و اطلاعات تصادفات خودروهای شوتی در شش ماهه اول سال 1399 سراسر کشور استفاده شد. در بخش کیفی نیز با گردآوری اطلاعات حاصل از مصاحبه با خبرگان موضوع تحقیق (کارشناسان راهور و رانندگان خودروهای شوتی)، شناختی عمیق تر از مساله مورد مطالعه به دست می آید. روش گردآوری اطلاعات در بخش کمّی، اسنادی و میدانی و در بخش کیفی، روش گردآوری اطلاعات، مصاحبه نیمه ساختار یافته (نیمه باز) بود.یافته ها: یافته های این تحقیق نشان می دهد که 50 درصد استان های کشور با پدیده سوانح خودروهای شوتی مواجه اند و 2.6 درصد از کل تصادفات فوتی و 3.9 درصد متوفیان سوانح مربوط به خودروهای شوتی بوده است. در بخش یافته های کیفی، پس از حذف کدهای تکراری و مشابه، تعداد 53 کد باز غیر تکراری و مشخص شد. بیشترین فراوانی مربوط به سرعت های بسیار زیاد (17 مورد) رانندگان شوتی و کمترین فراوانی مربوط به استفاده از خودرو های خارجی و پرسرعت می باشد (5 مورد). نتیجه گیری: نتایج این تحقیق نشان داد که 53 کد حاصل از مصاحبه در قالب 9 مقوله عوامل شخصیتی، عوامل آموزشی، تجربه و مهارت، نبود حمایت، مشکلات محیطی، محرک های محیطی، ناآگاهی نسبت قانون، ضعف در قانون و ضوابط کمبود امکانات حفاظتی، عواملی هستند که بر تصادفات خودروهای (شوتی) تاثیرگذار هستند.

identifying the factors affecting the accidents of vehicles carrying contraband goods

background and purpose: car drivers cause the death of a large number of people in the society every year. the purpose of this research is to identify the factors affecting the accidents of vehicles carrying contraband and to provide practical solutions.method: this research is considered to be a type of mixed studies, in the quantitative part, the statistics and information of car accidents in the first six months of 2019 across the country were used. in the qualitative part, by collecting the information obtained from the interviews with the experts of the research topic (traffic experts and the drivers of smuggled things), a deeper understanding of the studied problem is obtained. the method of collecting information is quantitative, documentary field. in the qualitative part, the data collection method was a semi-structured (semi-open) interview.findings: the findings of the quantitative section indicate that 50 percent of the country’s provinces are facing the phenomenon of smuggle carrying vehicle accidents, and 2.6 percent of all fatal accidents and 3.9 percent of deaths were related to smuggle carrying vehicle accidents. in the qualitative findings section, after removing duplicate and similar codes, 53 non-repetitive open codes were identified. the highest frequency is related to very high speeds (17 cases) and the lowest frequency is related to the use of high-speed foreign cars (5 cases). results: the results of the research findings indicate that 53 codes from the interview in the form of nine categories of personality factors; educational factors, experience and skill, lack of support, environmental problems, environmental stimuli, unawareness of the law, weakness in the law and lack of protective facilities are the factors that affect the accidents of vehicles.
