اثربخشی ابعاد آموزش‌های پلیس راهور بر بهبود وضعیت مهارت‌های فرهنگی و اجتماعی رانندگان (استان خوزستان)

زمینه و هدف: در این پژوهش، مولفه‌های حوزه آموزش پلیس و مهارت‌های فرهنگی و اجتماعی رانندگان شناسایی شد و در ادامه نیز هدف این مقاله، بررسی اثربخشی ابعاد آموزش‌های پلیس راهور بر بهبود وضعیت مهارت‌های فرهنگی و اجتماعی رانندگان (استان خوزستان) می باشد.روش: از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از نوع همبستگی است. جامعه آماری شامل رانندگان و ماموران پلیس راهور بود که با توجه به فرمول کوکران تعداد 264 نفر از رانندگان و 277 نفر کارشناسان اخطاریه نویس به‌عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. گردآوری داده ها با استفاده از پرسش نامه محقق ساخته انجام شد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها  توسط نرم افزار های «spss» و «smart pls» انجام شد.یافته ها: آموزش‌های پلیس راهور در ارتقای مهارت‌های فرهنگی و اجتماعی رانندگان در استان خوزستان دارای تاثیر مثبت و معنی دار است و ضریب مسیر 0.870 و مقدار آماره تی 65.390 برای پرسش نامه رانندگان و ضریب مسیر 0.771 و مقدار آماره تی 24.626 برای پرسش نامه پلیس راهور مورد قبول واقع شد و آموزش‌های پلیس راهور از طریق برنامه های خانواده‌مدار، برنامه های مدرسه مدار، رسانه ملی و برنامه‌های اجتماعی محور  ارتقای مهارت‌های فرهنگی و اجتماعی رانندگان در استان خوزستان تاثیر مثبت داشت و آموزش‌های پلیس راهور در آگاه‌سازی، مدیریت خطر و مسئولیت‌پذیری اجتماعی رانندگان در استان خوزستان موثر بود و مقدار آماره تی و ضریب مسیر مربوطه برای این متغیرهای در محدوده قابل‌پذیرش به دست آمد.نتیجه گیری: ابعاد، مولفه‌ها و شاخص‌های برنامه‌های خانواده‌مدار، مدرسه مدار و اجتماع‌محوری و رسانه ملی دارای همبستگی و اولویت اجرایی به جهت بهبود وضعیت مسئولیت پذیری، مدیریت خطر و آگاهی سازی در رانندگان هستند.

the effectiveness of the aspects of traffic police training on improving the cultural and social skills of drivers (khuzestan province)

background and purpose: in this research, the components of police training and the cultural and social skills of drivers were identified, and the purpose of this article is to investigate the effectiveness of traffic police training on improving the cultural and social skills of drivers (khuzestan province).method: it is practical and correlational in terms of purpose. the statistical population included drivers and traffic police officers, according to cochran’s formula, 264 drivers and 277 warning writers were selected as samples. data collection was done using a researcher-made questionnaire. data analysis was done by spss and smart pls software.findings: traffic police trainings have a positive and significant effect on improving the cultural and social skills of drivers in khuzestan province, and the route coefficient is 0.870 and the t-statistic value is 65.390 for the drivers’ questionnaire, and the route coefficient is 0.771 and the t-statistic value is 24.626 for the traffic police questionnaire. traffic police trainings through family-oriented programs, school-oriented programs, national media, and social programs focused on improving the cultural and social skills of drivers in khuzestan province had a positive effect and traffic police trainings in awareness, risk management, and social responsibility of drivers in the province. khuzestan was effective and the value of t statistic and the corresponding path coefficient for these variables were obtained in the acceptable range.conclusion: dimensions, components and indicators of family-oriented, school-oriented and community-oriented programs and national media have correlation and implementation priority in order to improve the state of responsibility, risk management and awareness among drivers.
