تحلیل تصادفات جاده‌ای با استفاده از تحلیل روند سری‌های زمانی (مطالعه موردی استان ایلام)

زمینه و هدف: همجواری استان ایلام با کشور عراق و تردد بالای زوار، وجود جاده‌های کوهستانی که اکثراً از میان روستاها عبور می‌کنند و همچنین عدم شناخت مسافران و زائرین از جاده‌های استان باعث افزایش تصادفات جاده‌ای و مرگ و میر ناشی از آن شده است. هدف این پژوهش شناسایی نقاط حادثه‌ساز استان ایلام، شناخت عوامل اثرگذار بر تصادفات جاده‌ای و تحلیل روند آن‌ها و شناسایی عوامل موثر بر مرگ و میر ناشی از تصادفات در استان ایلام است.روش: این پژوهش از نوع مقطعی بوده و متغیرهای آن کمی - کیفی هستند. داده‌ها براساس اطلاعات آماری به دست آمده از سیستم تصادفات راهنمایی و رانندگی، سازمان پزشکی قانونی و بیمارستان‌ها با دسترسی به پرونده‌های تصادفات جاده‌های استان ایلام به دست آمدند. برای تحلیل داده‌ها از آزمون خی - دو ، رگرسیون لجستیک و تحلیل روند سری‌های زمانی در نرم‌افزارهای spss و minitab استفاده شد.یافته‌ها: سن، تحصیلات، روشنایی و نقص جاده از مهمترین عواملی هستند که ارتباط معنی‌داری با میزان تصادفات داشتند اما دو عامل نوع گواهینامه و مدت زمان رانندگی تاثیر معنی‌داری بر میزان مرگ و میر ناشی از تصادفات داشتند. نتیجه‌گیری: اصلی‌ترین دلیل‌های به وجود آمدن مرگ و میر تصادفات در جاده‌های استان ایلام، عدم آگاهی و آموزش کافی رانندگان در مرحله اخذ گواهینامه نسبت به مقررات و نیز ایمنی خودشان است که در بر اساس آن ‌ فرهنگ نامناسب رانندگی را به وجود آورده است.

time series analysis of road traffic accidents (case study of ilam province

background and purpose: the proximity of ilam province to iraq and the heavy traffic, the existence of mountain roads that mostly pass through villages, as well as the lack of familiarity of travelers and pilgrims with the roads of the province have caused an increase in road accidents and fatalities. the purpose of this research is to identify the accident-causing points of ilam province, to know the factors affecting road accidents and to analyze their trends, and to identify the factors affecting deaths caused by accidents in ilam province.method: this research is cross-sectional and its variables are quantitative-qualitative. the data were obtained based on the statistical information obtained from the traffic accident system, forensic medicine organization and hospitals by accessing the road accident files of ilam province. for data analysis, chi-square test, logistic regression and time series trend analysis were used in spss and minitab software.findings: age, education, lighting and road defects are among the most important factors that had a significant relationship with the rate of accidents, but two factors, the type of license and the duration of driving, had a significant effect on the rate of death due to accidents.conclusion: the main reasons for the occurrence of accident and fatalities on the roads of ilam province are the lack of awareness and sufficient training of drivers at the stage of obtaining a license regarding the regulations and their own safety, which has created an inappropriate driving culture.
